Yarn Dyed Stripe Table Runner
Our table runner adds polish without being as formal as a full tablecloth. Laid across the length of a table, it frames each place setting and highlights the simplest of centerpieces. 18 x 108" Pure cotton. Yarn dyed for vibrant, lasting cranberry color. Machine wash. Monogramming is available at an additional charge. Monogram will be centered at one end of the runner. Imported.

I liked the color but think that the monogram that is picture should still be used. It is the most classic pottery barn style

This is an elegant monogrammed table runner. The quality of the fabric is superior, and the contrasting monogram adds elegance to its very simple design. Depending on your choice of table service, it can be dressed up or down.

I wanted this runner to work but... its only fair. I wash everything new that I get, this took a bit of ironing(not a favorite chore) to have it look OK. Then when i put it on the table it seems the stiching is too tight underneath so it doesn't lie flat, or look particularly good. It wasn't very expensive, and the holidays were upon us so I kept it

Looks great and is well made. Goes very well on my table and the vintage ticking stripe napkins look perfect with it. Highly recommend.

I can only echo the comments below. I love the look of this runner but it is impossible to iron without wrinkles. Whoever designed it gave no thought that a table runner would need to be washed. I'm disappointed in Pottery Barn's lack of forethought with this item and it makes me hesitant to buy more kitchen/dining linens there.The only solution will be to have it professionally cleaned for a clean look. How practical is that?!

Similar problems as the other reviews

I absolutely loved this runner until I washed it. It is impossible to get it ironed into a presentable fashion. The lining or backing also shrank differently than the top. To use it again I will have to, at minimum, cut away the backing. I was really looking forward to using this for the holidays. I may try to exchange it at my local store.

Loved the look however when I brought it home, I could tell the first time that I would wash it I would probably run into problems and sure enough. The backing is is not big enough and with 100 cotten following the instructions on the care tab, it shrunk and I had a devil of a time ironing it. This is going back and I am going to exchange it for another one and will wash it on cool

The runner looks just like the picture and looks wonderful in my dining room. The hem had a slight flaw so Pottery Barn is promptly sending me a replacement. I did use and wash it once and it is highly wrinkled, so I hope it'll iron out okay...

I gave this as a gift for a friend. She had been looking for material to make one, with no luck. She couldn't believe I found the perfect one. She said it was better than she could have made and it was lined! What a great gift!

Very nice, but, not white!

I saw this online and in the catalog. I ordered it thinking it was white with colored stripes. When I received mine, I was very disappointed, as it is more of an off white/ light beige color not white! Perhaps, because I chose the khaki striping, it looks more beigey? That, and it was too long for my table, and voila', I unfortunately had to return it... Sadly!

Beautiful, but difficult to launder!

I love the appearance of this table cloth, but be careful when laundering. I washed it with some matching napkins, according to label instructions. However, the red color ran (I believe from the napkins), and now it is stained pink. The cloth also wrinkles A LOT. Be prepared for ironing. I would hand wash in cold water in the future. Not very practical unless you love ironing or have a good dry cleaner.

I love this table runner. It's made very well, and is heavy in weight which helps it lay flat. But the thing that makes me love it the most is that it can be used in any season and can go with any decor.

Doesn't wash well

I loved the colors and simplicity of this runner, but after washing it according to the directions, the lining shrunk a little which makes it bunch up and never lay flat. I ironed it, but to no avail. I would not purchase this unless you never expect to wash it.
