This product was not in Pottery Barns high standards it was cheaply made and a piece of junk not withstanding it was all warped when we received it

My wife and I saw this Advent Calendar in one of your catalogues and are disappointed that it is listed as "No Longer Available". Will you ever carry this product again and if so, can we put out names on some sort of list for it. We absolutely love it and would appreciate any assistance you could give us.

I am planning to return this product because it is so warped, it is unusable. I expected much more for the high price of this item!

I ordered these to give as wedding gifts & had to return them. One of the boards was warped, the backs were cracked, the pails fell off -- I"m all for rustic, but this wasn't rustic, it was just poor quality. The quality was NOT what I expect from Pottery Barn, and not what I expect for the price.

Wood is warped

I ordered two of these advent calendars and really like the design. I am very disappointed at the materials and construction, however. Both arrived with very warped wood so that if three corners were up against a wall, the fourth corner would be 6-8 inches off the wall. I tried to flatten them by laying them on the floor and very lightly weighting counter corners. The wood paneling on both calendars cracked easily during this and the misshapen frames do not then relax. The buckets are each connected to the boards with a single screw; many are loose and pivot easily tilting the buckets. I had expected these would be in our home for many holidays to come, but now I have doubts about this. Certainly not comparable to the quality of other items we have received from Pottery Barn.

I think this is a beautiful item, but pretty pricey. When I saw it, it made me think that I can use my cubby organizer cabinet that I already bought from you as an advent calendar because it has 25 openings. Last year I did decorate it for Christmas with some small square packages tied with red ribbons in some of the openings, but this year I could really go all the way and use it as a count-down to the big day! Love your store and am a loyal customer.
