We got the red skirt with white trim. It looked lovely under our tree and was very generously circular. It stood up well to the depredations of the cat stopping by for a drink of tree water and then taking a nap on it. We just put it away (Jan. 9) after 5 weeks under the tree and it looks like new.

Bought the red tree skirt with white trim. I didn't get this one embroidered but I also bought the matching stockings which I did get embroidered. They are beautiful and such good quality. Cant wait to bring them out every year!

Looks beautiful... The quality was a little poor, it came with three buttons, 2 of the 3 fell off before even using around the tree. Pretty, but hope you don't mind sewing the buttons yourself.

Beautiful Skirt...Annoying Monogram limit

I purchased the skirt and the matching stockings for my husband and I's first Christmas at home. Our last name was one letter more then the 12 character max for monogram. 12 digits... That's nothing when PB advertises 'The William's'. There are very few American last names that can fit!
I loved the skirt but am annoyed by the lack of personalization options.

I was disappointed in the quality of this tree skirt. It is pretty flimsy and cheap looking in person for the $90 price tag. Also, as soon as I took it out of the box a button fell off. If I didn't have it monogrammed, I would have returned it.

The tree skirt is lovely. I purchased it for someone else and wanted to have it monogramed with : The "Last Name". I was unable to do this because the last name had ten letters, plus "The." I was disappointed and had to use their initials. The last name would have given it 5 stars!

The monogram option allows you to add 12 letters including the space between "The" and the "Family Name" (like shown in the picture above & in the catalog), however when I went to load in our name to be sewn on the skirt it would not allow me to enter the full 12 letters/space included. I removed the space and thought possibly they would just natually add the space in between. I was wrong. I recived the skirt and is says "Thegogertys" instead of "The Gogertys". I am not sure if it was a user error with the characters or if the website was having errors that day with monograming.

The tree skirt is a lovely color, monogramming was great, and it gives good coverage under the tree. Only issue was that one of the buttons popped off as we were taking it out of the package and another one popped off as we were buttoning it closed. Not a huge deal, as we were able to sew it back on but, like another poster said, I would expect better quality buttons for a nearly $100 tree skirt.

Splurged on this skirt since we did a whole overhaul and got a new Christmas tree and ornaments, etc. I was happy to see that we could monogram and the character length was enough for our last name. Was disppappointed when we received the product b/c 1 button was missing completely, and the other came off in our hand as soon as we opened it. Not the kind of quality I would expect from PB or for a skirt that was ~$100. Other than that I think it'll last, but not sure if I'd completely recommend this one to someone else.
