The wire file holders were installed in different directions. I can unscrew and rotate, but it is not what I would expect from Pottery Barn. I bought this on sale, otherwise I would return.
Construction is cheap - staples and what feels like pallets. I could have built this myself, but now that I have it, I shall probably paint it and try and make it work.

The anchor screws that came with the two pieces I purchased were different from each other. One had white anchors the other off white. Since the pieces go together, it seems odd that they would be made of different colors with different screws.
Also, the mail bin is somewhat useless since the top rack spacing is such that paper slips through it. Not a good mail bin if it cannot hold mail.

These pieces are built solidly and I like some fixtures and features but I have a major complaint about the overall size. The photos were deceiving in showing the depth of the units. My bad for not paying attention to measurements better but be aware that they come almost 4 inches from the wall!! - not too bad for shelves or shadow boxes, not so great for chalk/white boards. I don't want to reach inside to write on a chalkboard! I bought 6 of these variety and would return 4. Sadly they were discount-no return:(
