I really like the overall style of these bar stool and they are comfortable to sit on. The only issue I have with them is that there are some quality issues. You can't see from the picture online, but there are some very minor red undertones at some of the distressed areas of the stools that are added in and on at least one of my stool I have a noticeable line (approximately 6 inches) where the marker kind of went astray. I didn't feel like going through the hassle of sending it back (especially since it took over a month to get them in the first place) and it was just on one side so I just flipped the bar stool so you can't see it. Overall though I am very pleased with these stools.

This stool is made really well and has some really nice detailing. It tucks nicely under my island and is the perfect addition to my kitchen.

I just ordered a third Tibetan Barstool in black and I love them. Very simple and well made-- sturdy and looks great in my kitchen. Ordered the smaller size for our kitchen sink counter which has a bar on the other side of it and it is a perfect fit. Love these!

I am very pleased with these barstools! I had seen similar stools, but they are not constructed as well as these! In addition, we needed a stool a bit taller than the standard 29". Couldn't be more perfect!

My mom purchased these barstools around one year ago. I loved how they looked and they were surprisingly comfortable. I ordered the same design in black for my home last month. Unfortunately they have changed the design. The older ones have a beveled edge that make the seat comfortable for your legs. The new ones have straight edges and lines with no rounding or beveling for the legs. They are very uncomfortable. I am going to return mine. Loved the look...just wish they were like the old ones!!

This stool is perfect for a kitchen island, very comfortable to sit on. Stool does not come with any pads on the bottom of the legs and so if you don't want to scratch up your floor, you will need go out and buy some plastic or felt feet for each of the legs.

I was looking for a counter height seat for friends to seat near while I cook. This works prefectly. It's comfortable. Takes up little space when not in use. I also use them as extra seating in the great room when I have a bigger crowd. Looks well made. And it's light weight.

We wanted a set of barstools with clean lines and could be pushed under the counter. Given that these stools do not have back support, they are not as comfortable as regular chairs, but we expected when we purchased them. Great for kids.

This stool is as comfortable as it is beautiful. Strong and sturdy, not flimsy like ones from other places. It's so easy to care for and everyone in the family loves sitting on them because they're very comfortable.
the rustic yet beautiful and functional design fits right into our Adirondack mountain home. no worries plopping down on it to drink an iced tea in a wet bathing suit or hot chocolate in a snowsuit. I wish I needed more than the three I got.

I purchased these stools in the honey color about 4yrs ago in a PB store. They were heavy, the color & finish beautiful & they looked expensive. Unfortunately they were too short & I didn't realize it until our house was completed. I finally broke down and ordered the taller ones in the same color, as shown online & in the catalog. They are much lighter in weight and the color is much darker, so much so that I returned them and re-ordered thinking perhaps there was a mistake. I ended up returning both sets. PB's customer service was excellent & I was told they are getting these stools from a different vendor than when I purchased my others. I LOVED my first barstools & was so disappointed in these. They don't look bad, they just are not the same quality or any nicer than ones you can buy from big box department stores for 1/2 the price.

I purchased three of these stools for a client's kitchen and they are very comfortable, well-made, and they were on sale, too! We got the mahogany stain and the finish worked perfectly in the room with other furniture.

WE LOVE the Tibetan bar stools. Originally, we were looking for a stool with a back and then decided it would make our kitchen that spills into the dining area look over-furnished. These stools are the perfect mix of classic and modern and the curved seat makes them surprisingly comfortable for a backless stool. They are east to match and a great add to our counter bar!
