Very sad ...... I purchased this bag as a gift then was told it was sold out. No mention of trying to find one for me at one of the stores just an email that it was not available for me to purchase. Oh well........better luck next time

I'm not sure why but I wasn't expecting these to be as large as they are, so I was pleasantly surprised. I bought 4 of them on sale as Christmas gifts and had them engraved in various colors and all are super cute! You can definitely fit a good amount of stuff inside and the quality is definitely Pottery Barn quality...great! Highly recommend!

The Terry Cosmetic Bag was given as gifts for my two daughter-in-laws and a single son's girlfriend for the holidays. I had their names embroidered on them in blue. All of them loved them.

I was disappointed with the color of the thread. The computer showed a brighter blue and I did not like the actual blue that the thread was. There should be a disclaimer that the colors will be darker than what is shown on the screen.

Nice bag, but.....

The bag itself was very nice, but the embroidery was very poor. So poor, in fact, that I had to request a replacement for one of the two bags I ordered. My request for the new bag was efficiently and professionally handled. For that I was grateful. The embroidery on the second bag was just barely acceptable. This was not the first time I had to request a replacement from Pottery Barn for a poorly embroidered item. I'm giving the item four stars because the bag was nice, larger than I anticipated, and because the request for a replacement was hassle free.

I was so unhappy with the monogram on my cosmetic bag. The letters are not balanced, and monogrammed items cannot be returned, however poor the quality. This was the most disappointing purchase I have made at Pottery Barn. I probably won't order another embroidered item.

I bought four of these cosmetic bags....3 for Christmas gifts
and 1 for a birthday. The intended receivers have not opened
them yet but I LOVED THEM!! I had 3 monogrammed and 1
had a name put on. I think they all turned out even better
than I had hoped. The bag was also bigger than I had expected given the price and the free shipping. I am very
pleased with the purchase and hope that my friends are very
pleased as well when they open them. I am now thinking what
other friends may like this for a birthday or maybe I'll just get
one for myself! F.Y.I.....it is wonderful that Pottery Barn does
a sort of "try it on" thing where you can look at different colors
and styles of monograms. It is really very helpful.

I only wish that the same script for monogramming was available as it was about 6 years ago. At that time I bought about 10 for friends and family - and we all love them!!!

I ordered four cosmetic bags for gifts. They arrived in a timely manner and were properly embroidered. The bag looks clean and fresh, but I fear that the white terry is going to get dirty very quickly. Hopefully the owners will take good care of it!

I purchased two cosmetic bags, both monogramed! One for a friend's birthday and she loved it! Peronalizing it made it even more special. And one for myself. I've had several of these cosmetic bags in the past and they are just perfect. They hold up really well because they can be washed. I recommend highly!

Bought these for my bridesmaids and absolutely love them! They are much larger than I thought so you can fill them up with makeup or travel items, etc. I can't wait to give them to each of them.

It is a great size, but does not have any separated sections inside for cosmetics. You have to merge all of your stuff together.
