Tanner Stool
Each piece in this collection has hand-hammered iron frames. This stool has a streamlined shape that works great in smaller spaces. 18.5" wide x 14.5" deep x 17.5" high. I really like the foot stools I ordered. They do not slip away out from under me when I use them, and the padding makes them very comfortable. For shipping they are packed so well that you can be assured they will arrive in excellent condition. Very attractive.

Tanner Stool and console table

I bought the Tanner console table several months ago and added the stools for Christmas activites. The table has been excellent in a small space. The stools are well made and comfortable. I use them as extra seating at our dinner table.

I love the way these look with the table. They are quite sturdy and actually useful. Wish there had been a choice of colors available.

I found the quality of the Tanner stools to be very high end. The look fabulous with the Tanner Console table. I am very happy I ordered them as it completes the look I was going for.

Great stool, but beware the dimensions are wrong!

We ordered 4 of these stools as seats to go with an industrial dining table made of reclaimed wood. The stools are advertised as being 18" tall, but in reality they are just 17" high. This extra inch was the difference between being usable and unusable for dining. In the end, I had four 1-1/2" platforms made, that were finished to look like the hammered iron. I inserted the platforms between the cushions and the bases to give the seats an extra inch and a half of height. That is my only complaint.
Other than that, the stools are wonderful. They are comfortable and seem to be well made. I was also really impressed by the packing from the manufacturer! They obviously do not want any of these coming back with shipping damage!
So, to sum up... Great, well-made, comfortable stools -- just be aware that the height is advertised as being 1 inch taller than they actually are.

Looks great with sofa table. Saves space and provides convenient seating when needed. Slightly darker and more red than shown in the pictures. Buy a pair for the perfect seating solution.

I purchased two Tanner Stools to go beneath the Tanner Console. The entire ensemble looks great under our flat screen TV hanging on the wall. The stools are really durable and provide extra seating in our den. I added two rectangular wicker baskets from PB to the bottom shelf of the console table which coordinate very well with the rich color of the leather seats. Very pleased with the quality of the PB merchandise. I also have two Tanner cube tables in front of our sectional sofa. I always wanted a room like those in the PB catalog and now I have one!

Ooops...the cube table is beautiful. I put my comments for the stools under the cube table. Anyway, the whole set is absolutely beautiful & good value. Love Pottery Barn products.
