Love sisal!

Nice tight weave. Love the fact there isn't a boarder on this rug. Although I feel it needs a hefty rug pad under it as the sides are turned under and very thick.

Love the look of this rug, just wish it came in a larger size, but the 9 x 12 looks great in my living room I ended up getting the runner for the foyer as well. Concur with other reviews, it is alittle rough on barefeet, but I much prefer the look to that of seagrass.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. I order teh same one 4 years ago and it was great. This was is scratcy and has loose threads. I don't like it at all.

My sisal rug is beautiful. I placed it under my new desk and it completes the look I wanted. The color and texture is perfect. The rug is not too thick or chunky and don't have any problems using the desk chair. Very good purchase.

If you are looking for a neat, clean and simple look, then this solid sisal rug, in tweed, is a good bet. The rug is well-made. Looks like it will be low maintenance, as well. I am pleased with the simple economy of this selection.

Love this rug for it's durability and easy cleaning. It also stays in place nicely and without the need for a mat underneath. Great quality, great color.

I purchased this sisal rug for my entry way and it couldn't have been better for this purpose. It has a rubber backing that keeps it in place and perfectly flat. I was concerned that it might curl on the ends, but it hasn't at all. It is in a high traffic area but shows no dirt or wear. I like the natural look of it and the online picture was true to this color so there were no surprises. The quality is great and I highly recommend it.

Great rug of a high quality! I love love it in my home office. Reading other comments about peeling problem we were a bit afraid. But honestly we don't have that problem with our rug. The only moment for the buyers to know - this rug is too rough for the babies feet, but I personally like that kind of a massage. If you are looking for the soft rug - choose another one.

this is the best rug for high traffic areas.ITis easy to vac ond doesn' show the dirt.love the color and the fact that there is no fabric trim to get dirty.I have already ordered two and plan on more.

This is a low profile rug that works really well without slipping or curling up on the edges. Be careful not to fold it as it holds shapes and is difficult to retrain to flat. Highly recommend.

I love the look of this rug, but it is very uncomfortable to walk on, also the edges are folded over on the ends which we have been tripping over.

My goal was to create a room with natural fibers and colors with a calming mood to it...you know...a little closer to nature. I looked high and low for the right rug and this was the one! I love it! Even thinking of ordering another for my dining room because it blends so easy with the decor in my home.

I am so happy with this rug. I heard bad things about sisal but wanted to try it anyway because I thought it could work nicely in a high traffic area. This one definitely does! The backing on the rug prevents it from moving and it has not frayed at all. It ties the entire room together and I love it!

I would recommend this rug to anyone looking for a good quality sisel rug. I especially like that it has no fabric borders. I rolled it out and it laid flat immediately - other rugs I've purchased took time to flatten out. Looks nice on my wooden floors, even my husband liked it & he does not like sisel rugs; but to my surprise he liked this one.

gorgeious and durable but not spill resistant

Pros: This rug looks great, lies flat and is very durable to wear and tear from dirt tracked in and from furniture sliding around on it. It does not shed or fray like many cheaper sisal rugs and the latex backing helps it stay put on hard surfaces. The color is a great neutral that looks great with warm or cool colors Two cons. 1. Slips a bit on carpetws floors - even in the 8 x 10 size it would migrate. 2. liquids spilled on the rug cannot be cleaned sucessfully without leaving evidence. The liquids- water, white wine and a bit of dog urnine - left the rug with pale spots. We used simple benign absorbant cleaners but the liquids discolored the sisal. To be fair, any sisal would have had the same issue but beware if you, your kids or your dogs are spillers. Maybe there is a sealer available somewhere. If so, use it!

Looks perfect in living room

I bought this item after seeing it at my friends house. I thought it might be too scratchy on bare feet but it really isn't. I like the clean lines of it and how it doesn't overpower the room. It also lays nice and flat on the ground so you don't trip on it. I also bought a smaller one for the mud room and I love it there as well!
