Love the inscription and shine

The picture frame is well made, but my only con is the inscription is not seen very well. It would have been nice to have the inscription filled with a colored ink - maybe black or a deep gray to be seen. You can only see the inscription if you walk up close to the picture frame...otherwise it serves its purpose.

I received this frame and was very impressed! It was larger than I was picturing ( I ordered the 4x6). It's nice quality and the engraving was very nice. So far, no complaints!

My husband and I were recently married. For our first Christmas I had this frame made with our last name on top. I put a photo from our wedding including a letter saying to update this frame over the years as we make new memories as “The [Last Name]”. It turned out great, he has it on his desk at work. Bought this frame as a gift. It's really nice. My only complaint would be that the engraving was at the top of the frame and we would have preferred it be at the bottom. Don't remember there being a choice. Other than that, it really is nice and makes a classy gift.

This frame is really beautiful. However, I will caution you that you should be very careful in the engraving chosen. I thought that I had hit the correct choice for font, but it was not the one I wanted. The engraving turned out beautiful all the same! Quality product that will be beautiful for years to come.

Purchased 3 frames as a wedding gift. Had them engraved, so they aren't returnable. Unfortunately, when I received them, all 3 had scuffs on the frame. Not horrible, but definitely noticable. Since they were to be gifts, it made me unhappy that I had to give them "damaged".

Wanted an engravable frame to honor a special occasion for some dear friends. Love Pottery Barn frames but very disappointed in the engraving. Can hardly see it on the frame. Wish I could have returned it.

Although, I have since re-ordered this item as a gift for someone else, I was not pleased with the engraving. It is so slight, that you cannot even tell there is an engravement unless you are on top of the frame and in great lighting. This order was to commemorate our dog who recently passed away. I wanted his name to be very clear and prominent.
The frame itself is stunning.
