Our luggage tag strikes the balance between rugged and refined. It's crafted of the same handsomely distressed leather as our coordinating Saddle Collection. 4.5" long x 3" high; strap length: 3" Crafted of distressed leather with hand-stitched details. The luggage tag looks as good in person as in the photograph - this was a gift for my husband - the monogram is beautiful and the leather soft - a very good buy!

Nice quality! Made well! My problem was with the monogram. The first set came with the wrong monogram. The replacement set was sent immediately, but when the package arrived it contained duplicate, monogrammed passport covers. UGH. PB quickly made me whole which was greatly appreciated. These were a Christmas gift and needless to say, they were a bit overdue.

The luggage tag was certainly not up to your usual standards. The ends were curled, the stitching was poor, and there wasn't
a way to keep the flap covering the info closed. It would have been destroyed the first time it went through baggage.

I ordered this luggage tag for my husband. He has a leather computer bag very similar in color and texture and I wanted him to be able to identify his bag from others when traveling. It was a nice item to stick in his Christmas stocking and he was happy to receive something personalized.

The price was right for this luggage tag, but the the holes in the strap were uneven and looked terrible. The leather was all beat up and the engraving was just so so. I got it for a gift and was stuck giving it since it was monogrammed.

Wow, I wish I read the other review before purchasing this item. I agree with everything in the other review; but let me add a note. There is no insert provided for name, address, etc. I suppose we are to just cut and fashion our own? I would think at least one insert would be provided. Disappointed.

Poor Quality, I would NOT recommend these

I ordered these monogramed tags as a gift for some friends as I thought they would be high quality leather and live up to the Pottery Barn name. I was extremely disappointed when I received them. First of all, they are not the same as the tags pictured. There is dark stitching around all of the edges, a cheap buckle on the piece that attaches to the tag (not a leather strap with knot as shown) and is lined with cheap nylon that is already fraying in spots. Secondly, I have a hard time telling if they are even real leather as they look, feel and smell like a cheap plastic imitation. Do not order these unless you want to be stuck with nonreturnable monogramed tags that are of such poor quality that you will be embarrassed to give them as a gift, even in a Pottery Barn box. I guess you get what you pay for as the price did seem too good to be true. Don't waste your money.
