Round Umbrella - Solid
Vibrant, sun-drenched colors make these umbrellas summer favorites. Choose from our three types of poles to help you complement outdoor furnishings. 6' diameter, 7.4' high 9' diameter, 8.25' high Choose eucalyptus, teak or aluminum pole. I ordered the 6” umbrella, unfortunately I miscalculated and the product was too small. PB has been great so far about the return. I loved the umbrella and will order it in the larger size.

This umbrella is very well built, the crank adjustment is nice and the tilt feature is great. The umbrella allows you to tilt and rotate at the same time, without having to twist the umbrella pole itself, in the stand. The color was a little more yellow than I had hoped (purchased the natural) but still works well. I'm a little nervous about the fabric itself, although washable, it can get dirty (more like a cotton fabric than a synthetic material) and it was suggested that I purchase the cover to keep it out of the elements when not in use. (which I did)

Tilting Umbrella w/aluminum tilt pole

We got the umbrella with the aluminum tilt pole. I like everything about it except it does not tilt as far as another umbrella I have that is not a Pottery Barn umbrella. It does have a mechanical rotation that works well and it works well with the PB table. It would be perfect if it tilted a little bit more. It also did not come with a tie on the canopy which is advertised. My last PB umbrella canopy did have a tie.

We are very happy with the quality of this umbrella. Love how easy the crank is to put umbrella up or down. Only thing I wish it had was ties so you could tie the umbrella closed in wind. It's the only umbrella I've ever bought that does not have ties sewn on the material.

Umbrella with eucalyptus pole is wonderful!

I bought the 9' eucalyptus pole version to replace one from another retailer after that one's aluminum pole snapped in two in a mild storm. I am so much happier with my Pottery Barn umbrella than the one I first purchased! It is supposed to be the same size as the one I replaced, but it seems bigger, and the styling and construction are far superior. It is also much easier to operate than the tilt/crank construction of the metal one I replaced, and was less expensive (I was lucky enough to catch the Summer Sale just in time!). A happy accident for sure. The wood pole is as well constructed as a "real" piece of furniture and has great old-fashioned character. A high end look at a great price. I ordered the solid fresca blue--when it's up it's like being under a beautiful blue sky even at night. Could not be happier with this purchase and am sure my family and I will enjoy for years and years to come!

color is beautiful red. overall quality of umbrella is good. disappointed that no tie to secure around umbrella when down. pole quality is okay. some minor scuffing apparent when opened box. don't like that cord just hangs there - no where to secure it when umbrella is open. not that heavy. overall good value at sale price.

Round Umbrella - Solid is a solid purchase

I purchased the 6' umbrella in jade. While the fabric isn't the heaviest I've had in a market-type umbrella, it's solidly made and well worth it if you pay the sale price (between $59-$79). I won't know for a while about durability but so far it looks great and provides good shade for the small area it covers. If you need more shade or plan to use it for anything other than a bistro table, order the 9'.

Not only is the color pretty and lasting through our hot sun, this umbrella stayed up and intact through storms when i forgot to at least put it down. I though I'd find it snapped in half like some of our trees. Nice product!

Great umbrella and wonderful quality. Wish They carried it in the store so I didn't have to pay shipping. Would also love to buy the canvas without having to buy a new pole too.

This umbrella and stand are very well made and sturdy. The tilt function on the umbrella works well and the umbrella stand is very heavy and secure. Color of stand and umbrella pole are a very nice dark bronze. I chose the stone (khaki) color fabric which looks great against our chocolate brown building siding. The color is light enough that it shields the sun without creating a "dark feeling" underneath it as one of the darker colors might have.

Good quality, nice thick canvas. Stable. Now that I put it up, I wish I had purchased the larger size. It looks a little small considering the size of the table. So be careful to purchase one that is large enough for your table. Overall, it is nice for the money as I purchased it on sale.

I love our new umbrella it works great! The only complaint I would have is that it is hard to crank is all the way into the tilt position...which results in the wind blowing in back upright. Also I was wondering if you can purchase a replacement for the bottom piece. I went inside while the umbrella was up and it blew over and the bottom piece bent, I was hoping to get a new one. Thanks

I purchased my first PB market umbrella over 10 years ago! It held up remarkably well and I have replaced it to have a crisp new color! It is well worth the extra money up front.

I'm returning the umbrellas I purchased, as they are not what I expected from Pottery Barn. First of all, the pole and the umbrella fabric arrived in 2 separate boxes, in which I had to assemble the umbrella fabric to the top portion and then attach the top portion to the bottom portion of the pole. Too much to assemble for an umbrella that could have easily been pre-assembled for customer ease. The umbrella wasn't priced low enough to warrant customer assembly. To top it off, the umbrella is very SMALL. It's not large enough to shade much at all - maybe 1 person in a chair. Worst item I've purchased from Pottery Barn - totally dissatisfied. Now I get the joy of unassembling and repackaging the umbrella to return to Pottery Barn.

6 foot wood pole has NO pulley! It is manual lift w/pin. Easy to lift though, and since I have it over a small table, I am keeping it. Quaity seems excellent except for the very cheap tacky chain attaching the pin to the pole; I will replace this. The red is a quietly neutral darker red, closer to a light burgundy instead of a bright candy apple.

PB umbrellas are super! Heavy duty fabric in wonderful colors; bought one two years ago and the color is still holding fast.
