Very disappointed!

Usually I am very pleased with my purchases at PB, but not for this particular item. The jute rope was over priced, not a lot of it, and poor quality. Looked nothing like the picture! Without a doubt, I returned the item.

I think it's agreed that Pottery Barn has gorgeous things in general. I was hoping to use this rope as a substantial accessory, but it is nary more than a glorified shoelace. I am extremely disappointed and will be returning it promptly. Perhaps they should include the diameter (.5", maybe!), along with the length (10', which is accurate). Sadness.

I was a bit disapointed at this product. The picture is misleading - although they provide you with the length, the actual discription of the "rope" should maybe be called "twine". I have shoe laces are larger in diameter.

So glad I got this! It saved me a ton of driving around to other stores to find this! Perfect for hanging lanterns in my kitchen!
