Not washable....

Unlike some other reviewers I am very happy with the cushion, it is perfectly soft and our Chihuahas love them. So far so good. Now, our small one had an "accident" on the cushion; no problem for the covers, but the cushion insert says "spot clean" only??? How am I supposed to clean a "spot" like that...? I think it is very unfortunate that the insert is not washable, otherwise it would have been a great product.

Not so good...

The pillow has a plastic coated covering on it. I'm sure the intent was to keep it clean, but it makes it so that it stays completely full of air. I bought the small size for my dachshund, and he wasn't able to climb onto it because it stayed so inflated. Even when I set him on top of it, he just fell right off because it's so rounded and slippery. I had to return it. It's also an odd size and since I had already had the outside monogrammed, I couldn't return it and it's just going to go unused. Not a well designed item.

I had bought the poly dog bed insert and cover for my wonderful Lab. I love the cover, and the fact that is machine washable; however the dog bed insert is not maintaining its shape very well and I'm thinking of looking for an alternative insert. I recommend the folks at PB- and I do love PB- consider offering a better insert.

Very unhappy - it keeps un-raveling at the seams. The cover had held up great but whenever I remove the cover for washing I discover another seam has come apart.
