A lustrous row of silky smooth satin-stitched pearls dresses the border of our classic white sheet set. 100% cotton percale. 280 thread count. Set includes flat sheet, fitted sheet and 2 pillowcases (1 with Twin). Monogramming is available at an additional charge. Monogram will be centered along the border of the pillowcase and the flat sheet. Machine wash. Catalog / Internet Only. Imported.

Looks sharp but disappointing quality

Purchased these sheets to go with the Matine Toile bedding. It looks beautiful all together, but I am disappointed in the quality of the sheets. There is no way to avoid ironing the pillow cases, and the material is quite thin. I've never had an experience with sheets, even at this low thread count, where I had to work so hard to make them look and feel good.

it's so hard to find decent percale sheets any more! but i just love the crispy feel with the velvety softness, and these sheets are great. only four stars, though, because they're quite thin. i think for the price, they could be a bit beefier.

big disappointment

these attractive sheets were flimsy and wrinkled horribly after the first wash and I promptly returned them. I don't mind wrinkles in a good 200 percale but these went beyond the pale. They may be 280's but 280 poor quality fibers per square inch are far worse than 200 of adequate quality. Quality is all in the fiber, not the thread count.

Sheets are wonderful, the length and width very generous so makes it so nice to make the bed with plenty of fabric!

Beautiful, but not thrilled with the quality

The embroidery on these sheets is beautiful! But, the sheets are not as soft as I had hoped for. They are comfortable, but I'm hoping they soften up after a few washes.

Pretty Sheets, but not the softest

Love the look of the edging, not the softest sheets ever. Have not washed yet, but from previous reviews looks like I might have wrinkles to contend with. Hope not. Next sheets I purchase will be softer. Not sure PB quality is there for the price you pay for their products these days.

Disappointed in this wrinkly mess

I was so excited to makeover our guest bed with pottery barn bedding, but these sheets are a wrinkly mess after washing them. There are too many nice sheets out there that don't come out of the wash wrinkled like this. I will buy my sheets elsewhere from now on...what a disappointment. I wish I had listened to what the other reviews had called out.

Best sheets ever

This is my 3rd set of the pearl embroidered sheet, two for the master, one for the guest. I am very particular about my sheets, must feel both soft and crisp if that makes sense. These fit my requirements perfectly. I like to use an iron on the embroidered hem part after the first couple of washings, then they start to soften and smooth out on their own. But an iron is definitely not necessary!

Not sure these will ever soften up

I washed these twice with fabric softener, ironed them and put them on our bed. My husband made me take them off as soon as he climbed under the covers. They are - lets just say - not soft or comfortable at all. Since then, I have washed them 10 times with salt and baking soda as well as two more times with fabric softener. They are still not ready for our bed. And despite how excited I am about the way they look, I'm not sure they ever will be. I just don't think they will ever be soft. They crunch to the touch, are a wrinkly nightmare and feel stiffer than I could ever imagine sheets feeling. "Crisp" is not the word. My husband is going away for a week so I will try sleeping in them and hoping for the best - but not before I wash them a few more times.

I bought a sheet set from the PB outlet a couple years ago and was perfectly happy with them. I loved the embroidered detail of these and thought it was time to replace my old ones. I have washed them over and over again and they still are so crinkly and rough to sleep on. Very disappointed in the quality of these sheets. I'm returning them asap.

I have not ever tried a 280 thread count, and I found it to be like sandpaper on my skin even after washing. I will stick with PB's 400+ thread as they are soft

Aside from the wrinkles, which is also terrible, these sheets are not durable. We have 4 sets of sheets and change our sheets monthly (whatever, not the point) so these sheets have only been washed 3-4 times and they have torn!!!! Terrible quality!

Ditto everyone else. These sheets are the worst wrinkly mess you've ever seen and they have a hard feel to them. They were so wrinkled out of the drier I actually took them to be pressed at a local cleaners. They told me it took 4 people operating the mangler to iton them. It cost me $30!!! Big mistake ordering these. If I had saved the packaging I would have returned them. I love Pottery Barn and order frequently. Their quality is usually very high. Not this time.

I've always boasted about the quality of PB sheets. But these pillowcases, ordered to replace a set, were a disappointment. The first pair arrived with severe needle damage probably due to the monogramming. The second pair had no damage. But the quality of cotton is disappointing. It is thin and stiff. They cases come out of the dryer so wrinkled that they must be ironed. To the PB buyers, please review this product and vendor, this is not the quality that PB wants to be know for.

These sheets are so pretty love the porcelain blue I give them 5 stars for the appearance...BUT, these are the worst sheets I've ever had, ever, as far as wrinkles go , I guess I was expecting carefree, out of the dryer .These sheets need to come with a job description. Although they are a little crackly I do like the lightweight feel,when they first arrived I wanted a set in every color,that is until I washed them...

As much as I love the sheets and the dust ruffle, they were horrible after I washed them and I had to iron for hours. I even washed them again and it did no good.

Sheets were not at all what I expected. Were like sleeping on tissue paper. Crinkly and did not dry well at all. The only nice thing was the embroidered edging. I am no longer using these sheets after 2 weeks hoping we would get used to them. Disappointed in the quality.

These are so stiff and crunchy that even after we washed them (many many times), it felt like we were sleeping on plastic. Wish we could return them (wish we had never registered for them). What a waste of such a thoughtful gift!

The only good thing about this sheet set is the way it looks. The quality is the poorest ever. If you like to sleep on copy paper then this is the sheet set for you. HUGE WASTE MONEY! Too bad I had to give a rating; otherwise I would have not have slected any stars.
