Wonderful sofa

Absolutely love this sofa. I waited to order this sofa for 5 years. Loved it the first time I sat in it at the PB store. It is so well made and very comfortable. Got it for a great price too. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time after I placed my order. And the PB manufacturing plant called me to confirm my order and measurements to make sure it would fit in my room. Customer service at my local store was fabulous. A week after I received the sofa I made an appointment for designer service to help style the room with the new sofa, and they were so willing to help me. I think I spent two hours there discussing options and possibilities. Very happy with my purchase and the designer services. I know I'll be back to this store for more purchases.

Great Sectional

We love our new couch. However, right after it was delivered, we noticed a sizeable rip on the left arm. I am not sure how to get this repaired. Any ideas?

I love this sectional! We added an armless chair to make it bigger and two ottomans. I
I love how the couch is deep. We are a tall family so a deep couch is a must. The couch is really made well & it's very sturdy. It has great lines and it's very sleek looking. We love it!

Ooh la laa!! We love this sectional. The seats are ample and make it so easy to stretch out. It's extremely comfortable and extremely roomy. You won't be disappointed!

Very nice, but with complaints

I love how comfortable this couch is! & it goes great with every color I have tried to put with it! For the most part, I am completely satisfied with this sectional, although I have 2 complaints.
1. It is very hard to get clean sometimes. We did minimal work to our patio door & had saw dust on the couch for weeks!! Same thing happened with glitter from out Christmas tree ornaments.
2. One connection between sections does not fit exactly. It creates a small gap at the bottom & with the cushions.
But overall, I love this couch!

Pearce Sectional , pierced my wallet and heart

I am extremely disappointed with this furniture- the cushions lack support and the backs "roll" down when you lean up against them - booooooo!

This sofa is only a few years old and we only use it when we have company>It is in a low light room and the basket needs weave fabric has faded significantly>The fabric also wrinkles easily>Furthermore it is not comfortable>I wish I had not bought this sectional.

I purchased this sectional in April 2010. The cushion have sunk in already. The sofa looks as though I had it for years. It is not used that offered. I would not recommend this sofa.

Great family sofa!

We love our sofa. As a family of 5 with all boys and their friends all over our house, we have found this sofa to be functional and durable. I like the wedge in particular because it really adds more space, creates a cozy nook, and makes the corner functional: however it makes that space deep and in need of a few pillows for non slouchy sitting. The seating cushions are firmer than on the sofa we saw in the store and the back cushions are appropriately comfortable.

we got it in light wheat color. it is very comfortable, roomy and supportive. we wished we bought it years ago. so very happy with our couch, we love it

The Pearce sectional is comfortable and the everydaysuede material cleans up easily. It is perfect for a family with 5 kids!
