Disappointing

Bought slipcovered sofa & loveseat less than a year ago. Cushions on the back of both are sagging and don't hold their shape. I am so disappointed. I haven't even finished paying the delayed financing on this set yet. :( First and last Pottery Barn furniture purchase.

Horrible Cushions - Disappointed

I bought the sleeper sofa. The back cushions are terribly understuffed and offer no back support. They just squish down, no matter how much you fluff. Also, PB doesn't make the couch according to the dimensions in the catalog. I bought a 88.5" couch, but received one that was 84". They sent me another couch, and it was even shorter! It seems maybe they changed their cushion supplier, because these cushions are nowhere near the fullness as what was in the store and look horrible. I've only had this sofa for 7 months, and I'm probably going to have to go buy some stuffing or foam to put in the cushions to firm them up. They do not look like the pictures on the website with a tight slipcover. The slipcover wrinkles up because it is too big for the understuffed cushions, and looks very loose. Very disappointed.

Purchased this last summer for our beach house becasue I thought it would be practical .. had no idea how badly this would wrinkle (I have the twill fabric).. Everytime someone sits on it it just leaves more wrinkles that never come out. I fluff and flip but the cushions are lumpy and wrinkled and it just looks horrible (it looks like I purchased a cheap used sofa). Unfortunately I have both the loveseat and the sofa to make matters worse! In addtion everything sticks to this fabric (hair, lint etc.) I have just never seen anththing like it.. Lesson learned as i will need to replace this set very soon!

Worst Sofa Ever!!!

These sofas are horrible. I purchased two of them and in about three months, the seat cushions do not retain their shape and are half the depth/thickness they were when purchased. The sofa in the store was very comfortable and I find it hard to believe that the sofas in my house have the same cushions. These are the worst sofas I have ever purchased; they may even be the worst furniture I have ever purchased -- I am a loyal potterybarn customer and have purchased many furniture products from them. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in these sofas. They are MUCH less comfortable than the 8 yr old sofas they replaced. Ridiculous.

SO disappointed in couch and in Pottery Barn!

I got online to write a terrible review of this sofa and I read the most recent comment post by "dmkc" from Mentor, OH and he/she have pretty much already said exactly what I wanted to say. I wish I could post a picture of the sofa compare to the PB pictures online. The slipcovers are too big for the back cushions and look incredibly sloppy. The back cushions have very little firmness or support already are looking terrible even though I religiously flip/rotate them at least once a week. And, yes, the bottom cushions are already sagging. We have been long time PB customers and this will probably be our last furniture purchase from them. So sad I bought this... it truly does look 10 years old after just having for a couple of months.

I purchased this sofa approximately 18 mos. ago and it looks like I've had it 10 years. The gray slipcovers faded out after the first wash and each time thereafter to the point where they now have an overall whitish cast to them. (I've only washed them three times.) The back cushions (boxed style) crush down and don't retain their shape and the seat cushions are already beginning to sag in the center. So disappointing. The sofa looks good in the showroom and online, but don't bother to spend your hard earned money on this product.

Very nice furniture, but one of my slipcovers is a little big, and the Velcro under one of the arms is up to high to match up with the Velcro on the slipcover.

I bought the loveseat at the beginning of the year and knew when the time came to replace my old couch, it would be with another PB Comfort. I don't know what they put in these things, but it seems that whenever anyone sits down and settles in, they doze off within minutes.
It is, without a doubt, the most comfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned.

Love this sofa! With dark taupe walls in my little TV room - the cream colored sofa looks perfect! It is stylish, comfortable and with a dog in the house...it can be washed! The slip covers fit tightly and smoothly so it is not sloppy looking. I just love it and feel it was a bargain for the quality.

I have had this sofa for over a year and it is still amazing. It goes beautifully with my logan media center and sullivan/ottoman coffee table. Its comfortable and the slip covers are easy to wash and dry. Getting them on is a small struggle but is worth it for the fitted look I get afterward. I love this sofa and dont regret this purchase at all.Also, I recommend getting larger accent pillows to make it more comfortable. smaller ones got smashed and i had to replace them with larger ones which worked perfectly.

Most uncomfortable sofa we've ever owned

I'm a loyal PB customer. I've always purchased our furniture from PB, because the quality is typically outstanding.
However, we are extremely disappointed in this sofa. After 4 months, the seat cushions were so smashed and flattened that they offer little support. My parents, who are 65, cannot sit on our sofa bc it's so difficult to get out of.
We've now had this sofa for two years, and will need to replace it soon.
I will not likely purchase another sofa from PB.

Picks up everything

This couch is very durable, well made and I love PB furniture! Unfortunately it picks up everything from dust to hair to anything that is in the air. Mine is sierra red, which shows everything and I have a clean house with no kids! I have to vacuum it at least once per week to keep it clean.

I bought the comfort sofa over a year ago and I am very pleased with how it has maintained its shape. It is exactly what I wanted, cozy but still pretty. I bought the organic cotton slipcover and the feel of the fabric is still soft and wonderful. The best part is that it makes for easy clean up since I can just stick the slipcovers in the wash.

The denim slipcovers were not what I expected. The catalog that I ordered from showed vintage washed denim slipcovers and that is what I had wanted. The slipcovers I received are a dark blue denim--not at all what the catalog portrayed.

Great - But took too long

Exactly what we were looking for, a very comfortable & stylish couch. We were worried about the length, since PB offers the Grand, but the size is perfect for a 6' person to lay comfortably. Slipcovers went on easy. Our only complaint is that it took far too long to receive (3 months), but PB treated us well by offering a merchandise credit.

Comfortable but Disappointed in Quality of Cloth

For the most part this sofa is quite comfortable, but the slipcover faded within the first month. We have the dark gray color and it has faded leaving pink streaks on it. I know that it is a budget-minded couch, but for us it was an investment and I am disappointed that we spent the money on a product that is not higher quality.

Best Slip-covered sofa for homes with pets

I bought 2 sofas with the Everydaysuede slipcover 6 months ago in hopes this would be the answer to my quest of finding pet-friendly upholstery. I just had the slipcovers washed for the first time and they did beautifully! I did give my cleaners written PB specific instructions on washing them. Look like new and easy to put back on. Very comfortable sofas! They have passed the 2 Boxers and a Lab test.

The BEST Sofa

Could not be happier with this sofa. The brushed canvas fabric is extremely soft and heavy duty. The best part is that it is made in the USA! Thanks PB and don't chenge your vendor for this sofa!
