Beautiful and so comfortable!

Our sleeper sofa arrived a couple of weeks ago and we couldn't be happier with it. After reading some of the other comments, I was a little nervous about some issues but we have had no problems with anything. The slipcover arrived in a seperate bag - I threw it in the dryer for 5 minutes and it was completely wrinkle-free when we put it on (took us 2 minutes). The couch does not look sloppy at all (which was one of my fears before it arrived), it looks neat and tidy and isn't slouchy or baggy in the least. Everyone comments on how comfortable it is and I've taken many naps on it the past few weeks and it really is amazing! We've had 3 different people sleep on the pull-out bed so far and they've all said it was amazingly comfortable and by far the most comfy pull-out bed they've ever slept on. overall, this is a really fantastic couch - well worth the money and we are so happy with it.

I was dismayed to discover that the slipcover was folded up and thus wrinkled when it was delivered. I do not have a steamer and will have to buy one to take care of removing the wrinkles since they have not dropped out. Also, I have found that there is no warranty on any of PB's furniture pieces, nor any cleaning information nor any fabric protection offerred now or at time of purchase. I was told I could just buy a new slipcover or wash it. I am very disappointed since I have purchased furniture from many other furniture companies and there is always a 1 year warranty. Customer Service said that if there is a problem they thought I "might be able to take a photo and call if it was within 3 months and they probably would take care of it".
