Poor quality

I too agree with the posts here. The quality of the slipcover is horrible. The stitches have started coming unraveled and it's not the most comfortable couch to sit on...the cushions are way too flat and you can feel the mattress underneath. Haven't tried the sleeper yet and haven't washed the slipcovers because I'm afraid of what might happen!

HORRIBLE slipcovers (and customer service)

The slipcovers CANNOT be washed, as they shrink and rip. 2 different slipcovers and both were ruined in the cleaning process, despite following care directions from customer service associates & tag to the letter. PB won't stand by the product -- they must know what poor quality they are selling. Any suggestions for replacement slipcovers? Obviously not here, as I refuse to shop here again.

Not worth the money

Agree fully with the previous reviewer - the cover shrinks and looks terrible after cleaning. The screws holding the mattress assembly to the frame easily sheer off dropping the cushions into the couch frame. Very poor quality.

slip cover shrinks

Slip cover shrinks even if care instructions are exactly followed. Looks terrible after being cleaned. Fold away bed is too low in sofa and seat cushions sink in. Very uncomfortable to sit on. Can't believe we paid so much for this quality.
