Great sofa...just ok delivery service

Love the sofa. Big, comfortable, slipcover was exactly the right color and fits like a glove. Fits the whole family, durable enough for the dog, raves all around.
Delivery service wasn't stellar though. They were on time, which was nice, but when they got it in, they were super rushed and didn't put the slipcovers on or connect the chaise to the sofa. They said it was easy, but actually it was kind of a pain that evening.
