I bought this couch 7 years ago, and was happy with it until I washed the slipcovers. I washed acording to instructions, yet they still shrunk. Everytime I wash them, they shrink a bit more. After 7 years of washing and shoving the cushions into slipcovers that are too small, I have gaps between the cushions. And the slipcovers on the base of the sofa rip and tear as you try to fit them back onto the base. And don't get me started on how the sections do not stay connected. I do have four young boys, and I have truly given up on trying to keep the sectional attached. Reconsider buying this if you have young children.

We expected more for the price...

We bought this sectional about 6 years ago and although we still have it we bought a new sectional from another dealer within two years. There are a few things to consider before buying this slipcover sectional:
1. Slipcovers show significant wear after 2-3 washings. If you plan on getting this couch because you like the idea of being able to wash the cushions please consider this. We have holes along the piping on multiple cushions and one in the center of a cushion. Keep in mind we have no children either.
2. The slipcovers for the cushions fit good but the two main pieces (skirted bottoms and back) never fit correctly. The seams on the skirted bottom are tearing in multiple places as well.
3. The overall quality and comfort is not what we expected. Again, seams were tearing within 2 years. Back cushions are slumpy looking and uncomfortable and since main slipcovers don't fit the sofa looks cheap.
