the first nfl glass i purchased was great. the second one i purchased was returned 3 times. second worse than the first time. the last one i received was the best of the 3 however, still poorly engraved. i was disappointed as the one i purchased early december for my husband looked fantastic. i was just disappointed as i am a huge fan of pottery barn. i kept the last one as i didn't want to go through all the hassle with emails, photos and returns. normally i wouldn't complain, it just was a long process with no resolution. i will still shop with pottery barn, i love your store, i just felt i should inform you since the email just was sent. thank you for your time.

perfect beer mug

This beer mug met all my expectations. It's nice and heavy and the glass is high quality. The NFL logo on the side adds a nice, classy touch! It's even better iced after sitting in the freezer. Cheers!

We got these mugs as a gift for family and they turned out just perfect. The monogram and the etch of the teams were very well done. The glass is also quite large and heavy...perfect for beer. Good buy/gift!

I bought this Beer Mug as a gift for my husband; his a Steelers fan and obviously he drinks beer. He loved the gift for it´s quality and most of all that´s monogrammed!

These glasses were very sturdy and expensive looking/feeling. They are very well made for the price. We had our son in law's glasses updated with their names. They love them!

These were a gift for my new son in law and he LOVES them. He was so excited to open them and see not only his favorite NFL team symbol but that they were monogrammed with his name! I love Pottery Barn Glassware because you always get a high quality product that had lasting beauty!

not happy with this glass

bought this pint glass as a gift for christmas and was horribly embarrassed with my brother in law opened it and thought I had made it personally. when I said it was from pottery barn everyone was very surprised. the logo was off center, and one of the letters of the name i requested to be on the glass looked like it was smudged. i paid approximately $25 for 1 glass - and i expected it to not look like a home craft project gone wrong.

While the Pilsner beer glass is of very good quality, I was very disappointed in the engraving. The NFL symbol was adequate, however, the monogram was EXTREMELY small; nothing like depicted in catalog. I purchased two glasses as Christmas gifts and thought about not giving them at all due to the appearance of the monogram.

I bought two of these as a gift for my brother-in-law for Christmas. I was hoping they would be beautiful. And while they were nice they were not all I had hoped. One of the logos was tilted a bit and they other was not as clear and sharp as I would like.

I thought the lettering and logo seemed small/disproportional to the glass (I bought a pilsner). I was disappointed - it looks cheap...maybe if I'd gotten a smaller glass, the letters and logo wouldn't look out of proportion. Either way, I was disappointed with my purchase

Not what I was expecting...

So I was really REALLY excited to order this because I've always been more than pleased with the quality of Pottery Barn's products...but when I originally placed my order, I received the correct glass with the wrong team and the wrong engraving. I called, the customer service rep was very helpful, solved the problem and sent out a new one with the correct specifications.
Although the glassware itself is beautiful, the size of the team logo is about the circumference of a quarter - which isn't really what I see advertised...so even though I love the glass and I'm keeping it, I'm a little disappointed with that

Etching Problems

I ordered the pilsner glass as a gift. The glass itself is of a nice weight and quality.
Like another customer, however, I also had a problem with the etching on my order. The personalization came out fine; the team logo was messy. I ordered a NY Giants glass, and the team has a very streamlined, simple logo that shouldn't be too hard to replicate. Yet the side of the Y is not straight and bulges out in several spots--like the stencil under the etching goo wasn't properly secured on the glass. On a busier logo, maybe this wouldn't be so noticeable, but here, it sticks out terribly.
I chose Pottery Barn over some other companies for this item because I thought they would be able execute a beautiful finished product. Not so. Buyer beware, especially since you can't return personalized items here.
