I love this piece. It looks great holding my mugs next to my open shelves. It really completed the look in my kitchen. Pottery Barn always exceeds my expectations.

Nice looking but I rated this a 4 because my mugs don't fit quite like the photo. Apparently, my mugs are longer and bigger than the ones in the photo. I am keeping it though because I like the way it looks. And it frees up some space in my cabinet. But if I need to remove a mug, I have to be careful that the surrounging ones don't fall off, or scratch each other. I wish it had been made to accommodate larger mugs.

Not a sturdy metal design. Hooks are so close together from top to bottom that it is not easy to get cups off. Concept is good, but design could be improved.

Mug Organizer That's Sturdy

I didn't give the mug organizer 5 stars because it only holds 6 cups comfortably. But it looks great on the wall and was well worth the money. I wouldn't put 6 heavy cups on it but a couple won't hurt.

Absolutely love, love, love this mug organizer. I hung all my beautiful coffee mugs on it and it is truly ART! Well made, sturdy, easy to hang.

Sadly I had to return this because it did not fit my mugs. The hooks were too close together and you could not fit the mugs on it without scratching them against the lower rack. If the spacing was adjusted I would gladly reorder this.

LOVE the way this looks and it fits in perfectly with all our stainless steel appliances and accents in the kitchen. BUT, regular size mugs do not fit well at all. Never mind the oversize mugs that we use most frequently. We are still using it and I don't regret the purchase at all, but it wasn't exactly what I expected or had hoped for . . .
