After careful inspection of the Metropolitan Mirror with Shelf
finish seems fine at this point. However, after purchasing the same mirror for my daughter about a year ago, very noticeable nail heads are popping up on the shelf. Three very prominent raised heads. Not sure how to fix this. I sure hope the new one I just purchased doesn't have the same problem!! Other than that, very attractive addition to the bath. Please advise on a fix for the problem!!

Second time around

We love this mirror so much we bought it twice. This is our second purchase of the Metropolitan. My husband and I love the design and simplicity of the piece. It looks great in our guest bathroom. The shelf is small but it is perfect for our needs as we use it to accent the room with special pieces for our guests.

These mirrors are wonderful. They are very sturdy, made of nice strong wood. The shelf is great to reflect pretty candles or perfume. We got two small in white for our bathroom and love them.

I took a chancer and ordered these mirrors on-line and I am so glad that I did. They are just beautiful and make my bathroom look very elegant. The quality is excellent and the delivery was very prompt.

Love it for the most part

We have had the white version in my powder room for a little over a year now. We really love the look of this mirror. However, soon after we hung it we noticed that where the white paint is covering what we assume to be nail holes on the top of the shelf, it is now peeling and cracking. There are 4 spots on the shelf with visible bumps like this. Also, when we hung it, the mirror would not hang straight because the D rings were not even on the back of the mirror.

This mirror is my favorite part of my new Master Bath in our new lakeside cottage. It's sturdy, has a great finish, was easy to hang and gives us a cool little ledge for increased functionality or a decorative element. Love this!

I was a little hesitant about ordering a mirror on-line. When the mirror was delivered it was in perfect condition. Delivery took about 4 days. from order date. The quality of the mirror was excellent. It looks great above my pedestal sink.

Ordered the Mahoganey stain--Very nice wood tone & well made. Love the shelf for added decorations of choice. Very satisfied with this purchase. Looks fabulous in our bathroom!

We absolutely love the mirror. We ordered two in white, side by side for the guest bathroom - they're perfect. Beautiful glossy finish. We love the simple clean look. Easy to hang. I may order this again for our master bath.

Disappointed with finish on frame

The first time I ordered this mirror, I sent it back because the finish was cracked in the corner. The second mirror I received had a scrape on the frame. I kept it because I like the mirror, but I am concerned that the finish may crack.
