Theh Mercer Towel Ring was just what I was looking for to compliment the Mercer Towel Bar and Mercer Toilet Paper Holder. COlor was true to the online photo. Quality is what you would expect from Pottery Barn

I have two of these in chrome and they are very high quality. One is two years old and you can't tell it apart from the one I just bought for my other bathroom. I did have a squeak on the first one I bought, but a quick spray of WD40 fixed it easily.

Very nice piece. Well made and good finish. Easy installation, and feels very secure on wall. Quick shipping, but not too hot on the shipping charge structure! That def needs to be adjusted. Should be weight based, not based on what something costs!

This is the second time I have ordered this towel ring. I have two of them in each bathroom in my Lake home. With three grandchildren and many guests, the towel rings get constant use. They are sturdy and beautiful. The quality is as good, if not better, than towel rings four times their cost.
