The handles of these knives were so discolored that we returned them at once.

To myself! I needed a set of cheese knives, saw these and had to have them. They seem like they are of good quality and the weight is not too heavy and not too light. I have only used them twice since I received them, so I can't say much on their wear and tear. I also liked that they came with a little instructional sheet describing what each knife was for!
