Love Budgies Organic Duvet Cover & Sham
A vintage drapery inspired our holiday love birds. We colored the print in festive hues, and filled the sinuous branches with a typography pattern for an unexpected design. Woven of pure organic cotton. 200-thread count. Oeko-Tex certified. Duvet and sham reverse to same. Duvet cover has a button closure; sham has an envelope closure. Duvet cover, sham and insert sold separately. Machine wash. Imported.

A very lovely duvet cover.

The colors on this duvet cover are brilliant. The detail and quality are excellent too. Another one of my favorites from PB.

Pillow closure inadequate

I've had these for about a month and every day I have to push my standard size pillow back into the Sham. The sham closure is not in the middle of the back of the pillow, it's at the end so the end of my pillow doesn't stay in no matter how unstuffed the pillow is. Very annoying.

Works for the Entire Winter...

This year I decided that I had to have a holiday duvet set. However, I wasn't crazy about "birds", but as it turns out they are barely noticeable and the print doesn't scream "holiday". So, I purchased the King Duvet, European and the Standard Shams. The print is very cute and it coordinates well with my green walls, dark furniture and red lamp shades. Four stars only, because there was not a king size sham option.
The set went straight into the washer/dryer and it went on my bed, with no ironing. The size of the duvet is big enough to for my California King, double pillow top mattress and there is a small amount of over hang. The light weight fabric is perfect for a Southern CA winter and the fabric is soft to touch. The European shams are a nice size, but PB forgot to add a tie or button closure. The Love Budgies print works so well with my master bedroom that I've decided to keep this on my bed until early Spring.

Nice Quality Duvet Cover

I got this because my dogs sleep with me and I wanted a print instead of a solid color duvet, something that would wash well without showing their slobber stains! It is a very good quality cotton and soft. It is a nice size with plenty of overlap on the side for a queen bed. The print is versatile and I think could be used year round, for some reason it was included with some holiday prints but I don't think it is limited to holiday use. It looks especially good with the dark wood floor and bedroom furniture I have.

Typical Pottery Barn Quality

I ordered this duvet to add a little festivity to my bedroom for the holidays. I have decided to leave it on my bed for the winter. It washes up nicely and fits perfectly. Some "winter' duvets are too heavy when you add a down comforter to the mix. That's not the case with this product. Thanks Pottery Barn!
