We shopped all over to find just the right storage and media area for our family room, and always kept coming back to this one! We ordered the white set and had our flat-screen TV installed on the wall before the set arrived. The delivery team delivered the furnishings on time, assembled it, and took away the packing materials. Very nice and professional. The units look so nice and beachy in our retirement home at the beach! The best part is that they are made in the USA and are solid and well-built. Edges fit together well, and there is loads of storage! Pottery Barn is my favorite place to shop for home furnishings and accents! Love it!

Good and Bad

The Bad - we received a Logan Large Media table today. Delivery went without a hitch except when the deliverers discovered that the hardware for the system had not been included. I needed to get everything set up so I couldn't ship it back or wait to set it up.
The Good - I called to report the problem and express my frustration. Kathy (I believe) was very gracious but there was little she could do but send us replacements. I thanked her. Within an hour, the manager of the area called and told me that they would get the hardware delivered if I wished (I agreed to UPS). After an hour, I got a call from the agent who said that I would receive the hardware ASAP. They were very responsive! They turned a bad experience into a dim memory - foremost on my mind was their helpful response.

I looked all over for a simple Media Center that would cover an entire wall, mesh with my other furniture and showcase my collectibles. Other than wishing the mahogany stain was slightly lighter or brown toned and there was a lighting option for the shelves, this unit fit the bill. It arrived in a timely manner, the delivery guys were great, and I am pleased with my purchase overall. I'd love it if there was a simple shelf unit to match in the same color, as well as other pieces to add to my room. The price was higher than what I had planned to spend, but its well made and I consider it to be an investment.

Logan Media Suite with Bridge, medium size

This was the only ready-made furniture I could find to fit my tv wall (approximately 12' wide by 20' tall). After a year of searching, I settled on this unit. It turned out to be a pretty good value compared to all the other options. My husband really likes it, which was a surprise. We ordered the mahogany stain. It does have a red undertone in the stain, which is typical of mahogany stains. It is not just straight brown. My only complaint is that this does scratch very easily. I wish it came with a matching stain pen. Overall, it is good quality furniture and looks great. Pottery Barn customer service was awesome at rectifying my local delivery issue.

We are extremely happy with this purchase. It is not bulky at all. Not mentioned in the description of the item: There is an area in the back on the bottom of the piece that is shaped to fit around your baseboards! This was a concern of mine as I thought the lower part of the center would not be pushed as far back against the wall as the upper parts. I thought I would have to remove my baseboards in this area. Nope! The whole thing fits flush against the wall...
There is also much more storage space than we thought there would be. I was able to take all of the (never used) china out of my china cabinet and store it in the Logan and still fit a DVD collection and miscellaneous media accessories.
I love how there is not a backing to this center. You are able to see the wall in between the shelving instead of looking at wood. This is awesome, especially if you have that wall painted as an accent wall. Simply beautiful. Highly recommend.

Finally have it!!

I've been drooling over this for years and finally was able to get it. We couldn't find a quality, clean-looking, white entertainment center anywhere so I knew that this is the one we needed in our living room and it fit perfectly in our space. It makes the room so cozy and has TONS of storage. It is very well made and the In-Home Delivery guys put it up in no time and were very careful. I knew I would love this (I love anything from PB) and it is perfect! Thanks PB for making it in white!

Scratches and Dents

This is a really nice looking piece of furniture, but if you have children or pets or even need to breathe near this furniture, don't buy it. Any little tap or touch will scratch this too soft finish. Had it for less than one year and it is full of dings. Would recommend real wood instead.

The Logan Media Center fit perfectly into our condo. It gave plenty of room for our books. The slide out drawers for DVD storage in the two base cabinets are geat!!!

Timeless Piece!

Just had this delivered in black yesterday.. worth every penny! Gorgeous, sturdy, and simply a timeless piece of furniture. Great storage to hide all my kids toys and gadgets. Was worried my 42" TV would look too small, but it looks great. Ironically, this piece actually makes my room look larger. So glad I finally bought this item!

The wall unit is very stylish and very well made. It looks wonderful in my living room. I could not have been happier with this purchase. It arrived when promised. The delivery was seamless. The delivery crew very careful. Unit was assembled and put into designated place. I am one happy customer. Highly recommend.

Enjoying my white Logan media cabinet

After a very long wait - 6 weeks(!) for delivery - we are enjoying our media cabinet - it is almost everything we hoped for. The quality is very good, the finish is great and except for the shelf supports on the stationary shelves where the screws are very obvious, its a great piece. The disappointment is that the shelving area would look better if there was a back to it.

Beautifully made and mahogany color is very rich. At a touch over nine feet long it's a large unit but it quite honestly makes our family room look even bigger. Not at all sorry about the purchase, I just wish I'd made it sooner.

The small Logan Media Suite with Bridge fit my small office space perfectly and is dressy with displays of art glass collectibles. The white color prevents it from appearing too massive in a small space. The cabinets hide office supplies and documents and the media portion handles all the components and more for the flat screen TV. Love the built in cutouts for connecting and hiding wires.

Overall, a great buy

Just received the Logan Media Suite w/ Bridge (mahogany finish) in small size since we had a tall but narrow space to fill.
I decided on this one without having seen it in person (no PB around here!) based on the great reviews and customizable sizes offered.
PROS:
-Beautiful!
-SOLID piece of furniture. Very heavy and well-constructed.
-Arrived in perfect condition.

-If you order the small size and you aren't in a large city, assembly is NOT included. I had to enlist help from several family members to lift the bridge unit.
-Does seem to attract dust (mahogany finish)
-We have about 250 DVDs and there's no way they all fit in those special drawers. To maximize the DVD storage, you must stack them back to back, which makes it difficult to find the DVD you are searching for.

One Great Media Suite

We have a rather narrow family room and needed something for our flat screen as well as for all our books. I always wanted built-in shelves around the fireplace but they would make the room shorter. We purchased this 6 pc. suite and put it against the longest wall. It is absoluletly perfect and makes the room look larger. We love it.
