Dead herbs

The herbs I received were sickly and well on their way to death the day they arrived. The rosemary died almost immediately, the basil lasted a couple more days and my cat finally ate the oregano. No care instructions were enclosed. I was very disappointed . Now all I have to show for my money is an empty herb box.

First off i did not get the herbs you are supposed to. I received parsley, something half dead that looks like sage- thyme perhaps? and very very dead basil. the 800 number on the receipt for the supplier was NOT in service. I called potterybarn and they were helpful and friendly and will order me another one. hopefully it will be alive and will be the herbs listed in the description.

Be careful when watering

The plants arrived in great shape and overall I am happy with the purchase, however the plastic lining in the container does NOT capture the water from the pots. The wood planter is soaked through after one small sprinkling of water. I will need to fashion my own liner for this or place the entire unit on some kind of tray to contain the water and not ruin whatever I set it on.
