Classic, clean, and elegant

After the much awaited arrival of two Kensington mirrors in chrome (large size), I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they were packaged and that they arrived with no damage. They look beautiful hung side by side in my renovated bathroom and are functional with reference to pivot feature. The proportions were great as I was a bit worried they may have looked too small. Two small concerns...the mirrors have quite an unusual metallic scent that is still evident after being hung for more than two weeks. All the planning for hanging was a bit gut wrenching to be sure that all screws were perfectly aligned with the holes that you make in the walls. A template may have served well to ensure that each bracket was perfectly in alignment. There is absolutely no room for error when hanging. Otherwise, one of my favorite purchases from PB...worth the wait!

Greatly enhances my bathrooms. I have them in 2 bathrooms, 1 extra wide in a bathroom above a vanity by itself and 2 smaller ones in another bathroom above the vanity side by side. Both look gorgeous. I have received great comments. Very sturdy made.

I was looking for a rectangular tilting mirror for a bath remodel in our 1930s home. This mirror perfectly complimented the antique feel of the home within the new room we were creating. They look great and aren't too hard to assemble! A great buy!

Difficult installation

The mirror itself seems to be well made. It's attractive with clean, simple design. However, unless you're lucky enough to screw it into studs, then get ready for a headache. Six metal dry wall anchors are included. And when I screwed them into the drywall each one of them pushed the very drywall they were displacing back towards me: a bubble of drywall caused the paint surrounding each anchor to balloon. After I "popped" the balloon of drywall powder, I had to repair the drywall and repaint before I could install the mirror (not fun and particularly not fun when I didn't have any matching paint). I would go and buy a different type of wall anchor (not the cone type provided) if I were to do it over.

I ordered this mirror for my powder room and it gave it such elegance! I can't wait to buy 2 more for the double vanity in our master bathroom! Easy install, too, just make sure you have two people because it is very heavy!

Perfect for small bath

I'm short, but met guests are often tall. The bath is small. Solution? This mirror! Even the plumber admired it! Lots of imitators out there, but this one TILTS to accommodate my 6'5" nephew, as well as his 4' 10" sister. Plus the sleek styling goes with my new-is-old style. LOVE IT!

we ordered two of these mirrors in different sizes. they are so crisp and clean looking that they are the art in our bathroom. they look amazing in chrome and we are glad that we dont have a medicine cabinet that gets gross and rusty...we have these beautiful shiny mirrors and are extremely happy with them. they really make our room. i saw these and knew we had to have these because no other(s) would do.

When I received the mirror, I noticed that the finish was "off" on one side (satin nickel). I returned it, for another. It ended up being too small so I returned it again for a refund.

Exactly as pictured, even better actually. Great looking mirror, clean lines. I purchased the smallest size and it was perfect for a small powder room, not overpowering. A room I was once not able to tolerate is now I room that I love to go in. Couple the mirror with other pottery barn items (towel rack, magazine holder, etc) it really provides an updated look.

I purchased this for our spare bathroom a few months ago. It is very sturdy and easy to install. It is best to have two people to install though. The satin finish was as expected with just a few minor imperfections. It is a great product for the price and I was able to get it on sale so I would definitely purchase it at that price again.
