Jeweled Band Napkin Ring Gift Set

Could've been more

I saw these online and felt I must have them. They are beautiful, but.... For the retail cost, they are very disappointing. I searched through the various sets at the store to find the ones that most appealed to me. Some had deep color, some were washed out. Because they are handmade, each is different. I just wished that for the price they were more detail oriented. The green stones are set on top a sequin to be reflective, and I could see it! Sometimes I could see the glue. Some of the stones were offset and gaping instead of tight against the metal. Worse is that the insides were sometimes rough. I tried to put different cloth napkins through and two of the four rings pulled the fabric! No go!! I'm deciding whether it's worth filing the metal because I've never seen rings like these.
