Gymnasium Clock
Like gymnasium clocks of the 1950s, our reproduction has a metal frame and a caged glass face. 16" square, 3" deep Made of iron with glass front. Youngtown movement. Requires one AA battery (not included). Mounting hardware included. Catalog / Internet Only.

Gymnasium clock

I looked for years for just the right clock and found it with the gymnasium clock. It's big enough to see from across the room, fun and not too serious. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because hanging this clock was a frustrating experience. The instructions mentioned a templet for positioning the holes on the wall for the screws. The templet was missing and we took the extra time to create one ourselves. However, after getting the templet made and the screws in the wall, we discovered the heads on the screws (that came with the clock) were too big to fit in the hangers on the back of the clock.
