We ordered their top of the line looking for top of the line and I was quite honestly disappointed. We have had the towels for almost 2 months now, the embroidered part is already fading after a few washes, the towels are not as big (they don't list the size) as I thought they would be and they are not soft. I have thought about calling them and returning them. In fact, can someone from customer service please call me.

These towels are beautifully made! Sturdy, absorbent, and luxurious. We recently remodeled our bathroom, and these towels were the finishing touch. The monogram makes them extra special! The towels we've purchased from other retailers in the past don't even compare.

Thought these would be high quality towels. They hold up fine. However they are very hard and uncomfortable like a cheap hotel towel with some weight to them. Not soft to the skin. Very disappointed in PB carrying a product like this. Now we ned to go buy others.

I absolutely LOVE my embroidery towels. They are good quality, such good design and so soft. I loved the softness of them so much I had to go back and add on a few to my wedding registry.

Wish I would have known that the monogramming would not match the porcelain blue embroidery on towels. However towels themselves are great.

Exceptional quality. The washcloth rinses out stark white. Very thick, maybe too thick to get inside your ears and other little parts, but I'd rather it too thick than too thin.

Those towels were arriving in 7 days in the US, even with embroidery.
But towels are still hard, so try to wash as much as I can to make them soft..

I ordered these towels online because they were not available at the store. I had to return them to the store and eat the shipping costs. The product had a decent weight and I liked the stripe as pictured. However, the stripe was only on one side of one end of the towel, so each towel could only be hung in ONE direction and on one side and still look good. This seemed a bit cheap to me, especially for the cost. I wanted to use them for everyday use, but they are really only intended for guest towel use at best.

Worst towels I ever bought

I would NOT buy these towels ever again. Extremely stiff and do not absorb water at all even though I already washed them 10 times. It feels like you are trying to dry yourself off with a page of your printer paper. Complete waste of money! I am taking them back.

While the towels certainly looked attractive, these were the worst towels I have ever used. They were incredibly stiff and not absorbent. I will be returning this product.

Love, love, love PB towels. They are thick, yet dry quickly. And BIG for securely wrapping around when stepping out of the shower. They also launder well. The dark colors hold their dye, even with non-chlorine bleach. After over a year's experience with PB towels I won't buy any other brand.

A big disappointment

The towels are quite lovely -- just what I wanted in terms of color accent etc. However, they feel awful. It's like drying off with cardboard. They are stiff and tough -- not something I want to wrap myself in when I get out of the shower. Maybe they'll soften up with repeated washings. I am pretty disappointed.

These towels are very stiff, my husband describes them as drying off with a 'shammy'. They aren't soft at all and one towel is already pilling/running after 2 washes. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 b/c they do look very nice.

Towels that work

I have used towels before of a heavier weight and had trouble w/ moldy smells. These are a little lighter and seem to dry quickly. Even though the white color does easily show dirt (i.e. make-up), they wash beautifully - and even my husband likes them.
