We bought the small burlap shades for this instead of the wicker ones shown to go better with our dining room - and they also look great.
The light was very easy to install - and the directions were actually accurate!
There's only one problem with this chandelier- and that's the chain. The links are almost impossible to open and ARE impossible to close neatly again to connect the chain to the two ends. We improvised, though, by spray-painting a few of our old chandelier chain links black and used them for the end connections. It's a nice sturdy chain, but it would be better for the manufacturer to add in some extra links for the ends from a more bendable material.

We were very lucky in the shipment and packing of this light. The light itself is sturdy for the most part. One or two candle light holders needed to be tweaked to an upright/straight position but other than that it is a wonderful piece. The color is dark but is definitely bronze. We purchased the wicker shades as well and nothing but great things to say about them. Very pleased.

It looks amazing in our dining room and was easy for my husband to set up. This is a very classic, simple, and elegant chandelier and not as expensive as many of them out there. So happy with my purchase!

I love this light! I was hesitant to buy a light fixture sight unseen but it was exactly what I was expecting based on the descriptions. It was the last finishing touch to a re-modeled kitchen and it looks awesome. I also love the wicker shades!!

Expected better quality

My husband surprised me with this light fixture for Xmas and I was thrilled until we hung it or i should say, had it professionally installed as recommended. the bronze finish is definitely darker, but i do like the finish. Overall, i rate the quality as fair because as an avid pb shopper, ive come to expect high quality. i'm rarely disappointed with pb, and my issue might be more to do with the shipping because the rods which the light bulbs are placed in are bent in different directions. I'm disappointed with the way it looks over my dining room table. I will continue to see If anything can be done to fix it

I love this chandelier. Looks even better in person, appears slightly larger in person, which I like. It definitely has more of a black/iron finish as opposed to the "bronzed" finish it was advertised as having, but that's fine, it looks great in my breakfast area anyway. Very easy to install as well.

My wife and I really love this lamp. We didn't notice that the shades weren't included with the lamp, so had to buy them separate which added up to being more expensive than we planned. But we love how it looks. There was nothing comparable to this in the entire lighting department of any home improvement store we went to. We wanted something where the bulb wasn't directly visible, which creates a glare when trying to look across the room, but that also had most of the light shine *down* on the table as well and not up towards the ceiling or out away from it. This fit the bill perfectly.

Just what I was looking for!

I have been looking for the perfect light fixture to go with my French country decor. I found it when I opened the Pottery Barn catalog. I wish they still carried the red mini burlap shade so that it can match my floor lamp but for now, the natural mini burlap shades that I got will suffice.

I have been eyeing this chandelier for months to replace the boring one in the house we purchased in 2010. It is such a great balance between feminine lines and masculine finish. I purchased shades from a home improvement store that were slightly longer than most chandelier shades to be sure I didn't see the bulbs, which is just a personal pet peeve. The finish matches the hardware of my Tucker buffet and hutch (also from PB) perfectly.

I bought this chandelier for over my kitchen table. After shopping around, I thought the price point was very good. It came quickly and was easy to install. It looks exactly like it is pictured. The one thing I would point out is that it is described as having a bronze finish. I disagree. It looks like black rod iron which for me worked out fine because I have a lot of black rod iron accessories that it goes beautifully with. If you are looking for bronze finish...I would keep looking. If you don't mind the black...it's perfect!

Best chandelier ever!

We recently built a new house. The builder sent us to our local lighting store for all selections. However, we had a problem finding just the right chandelier for our breakfast room...until we saw this one on the PB website! The Graham Chandelier from PB has turned out to be the best quality of any of the lighting we purchased for the entire home, and yet the price was about 1/3 what we would have paid for a similar product from the local lighting store. Excellent quality - nothing was out of alignment or bent. It looks gorgeous in our breakfast room!

When I originally ordered this product it was on back order. Before receiving it, the item went on sale and Pottery Barn without hesitation gave me the sale price.
The item is exactly as pictured and is a wonderfull addition to my kitchen.

Still haven't found anyone to hang it for me. Still sitting in open box on dining room table. Just the size I needed. Seems to be well made. Rustic but not too rustic great for a an open beam cathedral ceiling. Love that it can be used with or without shades. Also, found that (can't think of what they're called) a candle looking stem can be exchanged with the existing metal stem that goes under the light bulb for a totally different look.

Perfect for our classic modern style!

My husband and I were looking for the perfect chandelier to replace the one our dining room had when we bought our house. We looked everywhere and finally found this chandelier and loved it! Not only is it a great price, but it fits our decor, a perfect blend of modern and classic. It looks somewhat antique without looking like we got it from a junkyard. I love that you can interchange the shades and dress it up for holidays. The finish is a little rough and I was surprised to see that it contained small amounts of lead, but we are just careful to was our hands after cleaning it (which is not often anyway). The directions are a little hard for a beginner to follow but we had it hung in about 2 hours. Since we have put it up we get tons of compliments on it and everyone loves that it is not super fancy, but a simple elegance!

I bought this chandelier for a more relaxed dining room it works perfectly! I bought the rattan shades to go with it and the ceiling gets the most beautiful pattern on it like fireworks! My guests love it!

This chandelier fits perfectly with the style of my dining room. Comfortable and inviting with just a touch of elegance. It's a really beautiful chandelier and seems to be well crafted. I'm very pleased with it and the mini burlap shades make it look even better.
