I am using this in a bathroom because it can get wet without worries. It looks just like wool- A beautiful addition to the bathroom

perfect rug for my needs

Just moved into a new house. Had all of the carpeting taken out and only tile and hardwood installed. I needed some kind of floor covering so I bought 2 different sizes of this rug.
The colors are rich and deep but not too bright. It coordinates well with all of the artwork on the walls but doesn't draw your eye away from the art.
It is not thick or heavy. At this time I have one rug in the kitchen as an accent piece and the other (a runner) is at the entrance from the backyard. I just shake them out when needed.

great rug, but color tone not as in store

I ordered this rug after first checking it out at a store and seeing how great it looked, with rich, vivid colors. When the rug arrived, the colors were much more subdued than what I had seen. Though beautiful, the more subdued earth-tone colors couldn't work with the room decor. So, unfortunately, I had to return it.

Love the old world look and the fact that it is an indoor/outdoor rug. With a dog and kids the easy cleaning is fantastic.

I love this rug. I can't believe that it's polyester and you can hose it off. It feels and looks like a dhurrie. The pattern is not perfectly even but to me it adds to the charm. Also the lightest color is not as light as the photo which I prefer. The tassels at the ends do look and feel like polyester so I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. I ordered the 3'x5' size and put it in the entry between my garage and kitchen. It's perfect for this area.

Darker than I thought

I love the authentic look of the rug, but the tones are muted. It's mostly brown, even on my porch in sunny El Paso.

Great Colors- Beautiful Rug!

I'm not sure what the issue the other person had about this rug- I have no issue with it at all. It looks great out on my porch but would work well inside the house as well. The colors are gorgeous- a bit more muted than the photos- and will add a nice warm feeling to your room. I love that you can rinse it outside to clean it. It looks like wool but is not- which is great because I am allergic to many wool rugs.

Colors Very Muted!

Colors are not as bright as shown on site but that could be because of computer. The fabric is a lot thinner then I expected but noted from other person who commented that it sheds, I hope not. Design is very very nice. And will place in my kitchen. Still undecided if I keep or not.

This rug is exactly as it appears online. It is used in our kitchen over our saltillo tile floor and the colors are muted enough to fit into our decor but not be overwhelming. It's sturdy quality and it's great that it can be hosed off as we use it in the area where food is prepared.

I am not happy with this rug. We have had it for 3 weeks in our family room and already it is pilling up like an old sweater. We have not used the brush option on our vacuum cleaner and it is obvious that where we rest our feet while sitting on the couch is going to look very worn very quickly. We wanted a rug that would wear well - that is why we thought this indoor-outdoor option was a good one. It does not wear well.
