Looks great, nice quality. However, if your shampoo/products bottles are tall it doesn't fit well - at all. Some bottles that seem pretty standard size are even a bit too large for middle row. If you put the large bottles on the very top - it's high to reach unless you are really tall and looks awkward.

Not what I wanted

I am sorry to say that this caddy is no better than its lower priced predecessors from the everyday bath product suppliers that we've all used. I thought the higher price would mean a quality level that would preclude rusting. NO, if anything it rusted faster and at every juncture. Thinking my first try was an anomaly, I had PB ship a replacement but right out of the box it had an area that wasn't finished properly and would have been a problem so I shipped them both back and am giving up on finding a rust free shower caddy. On top of the rust issue, the ceramic soap dish doesn't have any drainage and collects water that needs to be dumped in a slippery, soapy environment. Don't buy this one.

My husband thought I spent too much on a caddy, once it arrived JUST LIKE ANY OTHER PB item. His lips were locked! Shall i say any more? Perfect and classy as usual! Just love the tray and the nickle finish.

I love this shower caddy.
Very elegant and looks great in my shower.
The porcelain tray was filling up w/ water but then i just titled my shower head just a tad and that didn't happen anymore.

only annoying thing is that sometimes my shampoo bottles topple over b/c of the openings in the shelf but that's really not a big deal to me

I've had several caddies in the past, including plastic, wire frame and tower caddies. They all failed one way or another. This one seems to hold up and do not rust, which is a plus in itself. The two tiered design allows room for plenty of storage. I store my loofah and a large polished snail shell on the soap dish. I gave this product a 4 star instead of 5 because it lacks suction cups, making the caddy off balance at times. I solved this problem by installing suction cups with hooks to hold the two rear side bars in place.

I am mostly satisfied with the caddy. Since it came out of the box, though, the white ceramic tray does not fit properly in its spot. I would purchase another one if it was not for that.

Love this shower caddy's sleek design and ample storage. I wish the soap tray had a small hole in it so water didn't constantly fill it up. We had to move the tray from the caddy to a different part of the shower to keep it from filling with water.

This item was well made and finishes matched my bathroom beautifully. However, there weren't suction cups to hold the caddy to the wall so it moves when trying to put bottles on shelves. And the nice porcelain shelf holds the water and therefore making it impractical for its intended use, to hold soap. I love how it looks through the glass door of the shower, but it isn't very functional especially for the price. I would return it, but it has now been in the shower and I purchased it with rewards, so when returned to the store, I will loose my rewards. I am in general disappointed and will have to find another caddy for my shower.

I was glad to find a stainless steel shower caddy, and because it was from Pottery Barn, I knew it would be well made. But I was disappointed to see that the soap dish is solid ceramic with no drain holes. This poor design means that soap sits in 1/2 inch of water, unless you take the time to empty it after each shower. Disappointing....

My family is sharing a shower while the "master bath" shower is being remodeled. Since my children are all college age, there were too many bottles of shampoo and other essentials to keep neat. This shower caddy has done the trick...lots of space for
bottles, hooks for loofas and washcloths, and an extra large soap dish. One thing could be better. I wish that the soap dish had drainage holes. It fills up with water and has to be taken out and cleaned after each shower.

I love this caddy; however, like the previous comments the soap tray has no holes for drainage. I drilled holes in each corner to resolve the standing water issue. The item is well built compared to ones you find at disscount stores and a nice large size.

It has a solid porcelain soap dish - no drainage holes! I broke mine within the first week while trying to drain out the water. Buy at your own risk.

We were very pleased with this product.. Per another review, my husband drilled a hole in the soap dish to help with drainage. It would be helpful if there were suction cups at the bottom to hold it plumb. Other than that we are enjoying the caddy in our shower.

I'm very pleased with the overall look and practicality of my caddy. I've had it for awhile now and there is no sign of rust. The soap dish is a good size, compared to most, I also like that it is white and removable for washing.

The shower caddie is a good size. It holds much! However, the soap shelf needs a hole to drain water. I will have to buy a plastic "soap saver" to use under my soap. I am hoping for no rust. I have had terrible luck with other showerhead caddies which is why I bought this product from Pottery Barn.
