French Stripe Cordless Shades

I ordered two of these shades in July and got them hung. One didn't seem right, so I took it down and hung the other shade in its place. Perfect. Then I hung the other one that didn't hang right up at the other window. Same thing. I took it down and low and behold the left side of the shade was "stitched up" 1/2" higher and when I raised it up it was crooked. I took the shade down to Crossgates Mall to return and reorder another shade and the staff at your store couldn't have been more gracious. Very nice to deal with for sure! Now I'm waiting to get the "new" shade so that my bedroom will be complete. Love these Roman Shades. Very well made and heavy too. Very expensive looking for sure.

Easy to install, raise, lower

My husband and I just finished putting two of these up. Installation was a cinch, and the roller shade control makes these very easy to raise/lower. The only disadvantage is that you need a flat surface onto which to mount the hardware. One of our windows has trim that gets thinner/slopes inward as it moves towards actual window. Because of this slope, we had to mount these above the window trim. If you are talented with tools, you might find a way to get around this.
