I have purchased many items from Pottery Barn over the last year. We moved into a new home and needed additional items to update what we already had. We have purchased a large area rug, drapery, chandelier, bar stools, flameless candles, picture frames, etc. I am so very happy with each and every purchase. The quality or your products, the helpfulness of your customer service department and your sales people are top notch. I will continue to be a dedicated customer.

They looked like real votive candles! I placed them in the mercury glass votive holders. Beautiful.

2 of the 4 candles had their flames going at almost a right angle to the base instead of perpendicular to it. I have reached the point where I can no longer trust Pottery Barn online sales. Almost 80% of the items I have ordered in the last 2 months have either been broken or defective, or nothing like the photo in the catalogue. From now on, the only way for me to shop PB is in the stores. I wanted to purchase a bed and armoire, but I am terrified I will spend thousands for an inferior product. It really is a shame that after shopping here all these years that I have lost faith in the brand and the quality. :o(
