Disappointing

I have to give this a low rating not because of the design as I truly liked the rooster hardware. What was disappointing was the screw that is included. It is extremely long; however, the diagram indicates that all you have to do is "snap" off the excess length. I could not do it and bent the screw severely to where it could not be used. The excess length does not break off. If you don't have a saw that cuts metal then this is not for you. I returned the dozen that I ordered.
