Useful and attractive addition to our daily dishes
January 2, 2013
We received almost all of the Emma dishes that we registered for as wedding gifts for our October 2010 wedding and decided to take advantage of the close out sale to add additional peices. These Emma platters will be put to good use fairly often.

Love the dishes!
February 28, 2012
We signed up for the Emma collection for our wedding. We didn't receive all of them, but did end up completing our collection and even bought a few extra pieces. We hosted a dinner party a few weeks ago and I was so proud to use our dishes. They are beautiful and present very well. I love the whole collection!

Gave these platters as a wedding gift - beautiful and practical! I'd recommend these to anyone in the market for serving platers.

Completing Collection
June 25, 2011
My daughter has been steadily purchasing the Emma collection for a number of months before getting married. She hadn't placed much thought into 'serving items' yet so I surprised her with several as shower gifts. I'm sure she'll use them for years to come. It's a timeless design ~ dress it up or down ~ it fits right in for every occasion!

I love this bowl
December 13, 2010
I have had this bowl in yellow for over 5 years. I use it on average every ever other week, as a mixing bowl and as a serving bowl and I love it. I don't put it in the microwave and I don't put it in the dishwasher, but I am not overly careful with it and I have had no chips in the bowl. It looks great. I highly recommend it.

delicate
December 9, 2010
We recieved the large platter as a gift last year and we liked it so much we bought the smaller platter and serving bowl to match. We especially like the beaded raised trim. These serving pieces are delicate and not very heavy. They must be handled carefully. I can see how they would chip or break easily if used as every day dinnerware which is why we give this item an average rating.

Our Everyday Dishes
June 20, 2010
I registered for these dishes 4 years ago when I got married and have been using them ever since. I've had a few chips, due to my husband's roughness, but they've held up very well. I will agree, they are not great for the microwave, but they are dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Overall, I've been very pleased and have recommended them to others, as a great everyday set of dishes, as well!

Cute but chips easily.......very delicate
April 13, 2010
I bought these dishes to use for everyday since they are microwave/ dishwasher safe and was initially so pleased with them. They are very cute and my friends loved them. Unfortunately, after two weeks of use we noticed a chip on one of the plates. I thought it was just some rough dishwasher loading by my husband ;) however even after relieving him of his duties the chips continued. We have been using the dishes since November and almost all of the plates and bowls have chips. The only item that has not chipped are the coffee mugs (we don't drink coffee). After much research I have discovered we are not the only ones with this issue. I can only conclude they are poorly made and not intended for the microwave or dishwasher. They would probably be ok for just special occasion use but are not durable for everyday use.
