Emma Paisley Matelasse Coverlet & Sham

Based on a vintage matelasse we found in a San Francisco antique store, our coverlet and sham are incredibly soft and luxurious. Pure cotton. 450 gram-weight. Yarn dyed for vibrant, lasting color. Stone washed for extra softness. Sham has an envelope closure. Coverlet, sham and insert sold separately. Machine wash. Imported.

Terrible Pilling
September 16, 2012
I loved this coverlet when I first purchased it 3 years ago. I'm sorry to say, that even after following the care directions, I need to replace it. The cotton has pillled underneath and left fuzzy cotton balls everywhere. I'm getting rid of it because removing the pills has become so annoying. It is a huge nuance!

Beautiful and Perfect

I purchased this coverlet for our guest bedroom, as a layer under a duvet. It's the perfect weight, color, and style. Plus, I got it on sale!

Great for summer and as an extra layer in winter!

Living in NorCal, I am able to opt out of running my AC and heat throughout the year. I was looking for something that would provide a bit of warmth during the warmer nights, and layer well with our current bedding during the winter. This blanket fits the bill perfectly! I love the subtle texture in the coverlet and the fact that it's machine washable. Will be a staple on my bed all year round.

Simple and Great Look

Have twin beds upstairs for a guest bedroom in our mountain home. Fabulous look. Soft and cozy fabric! Thanks Pottery Barn for your classic looks!
