Cole Faucet
November 27, 2012
I bought two Cole Faucets a year ago. I just got them install last week. Remodeling a 1917 bungalow is a slow process. One of the faucets has a broken ceramic "Hot" button and the other was missing a washer and has a hole in the metal. So I have a trash can under my sink catching the leak in my gorgeous new non-functional bath! I called Pottery Barn and they will not replace my worthless faucets. They suggested I contact Cole directly however they did not provide a number. I am unable to find a number for them. I have recently bought over $2000.00 in broken/damaged Pottery Barn junk and am livid. They use to always stand behind there products. No more. Would not recommend, nor would I recommend Pottery Barn.

Not good
September 24, 2012
The faucet is barely long enough to reach into the sink. When you wash your hands, they touch the side of the sink. The piece that says hot fell off immediately. I will need to superglue it to keep it on. I would have sent it back but, of, course didn't know any of this until we had paid the plumber to install it. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Like everything about the faucet, there were some screws missing so I had to use old screws from old faucet. Other than that, it looks pretty good.

Faucet Repair Blues
November 29, 2010
I tried to repair my leaky faucet both through PB and other plumbing retailers in my area but to no avail. The faucet handles and exterior hardware are wonderful/beautiful the stem and internal components are specialized and replacement parts unavailable...a poor investment.

Pottery Barn Faucets
September 17, 2010
Beware! If you purchase a faucet set from Pottery Barn as I did years ago, they do not carry replacement parts and don't seem to even be able to give you the manufacture name/info so you can attempt to track down replacement parts yourself. My faucet purchased back in 2002 is leaking and needs a replacement cartridge. No way to tell what cartridge I need, since I can't get a manufacturers name from Pottery Barn.
