Clift Glass Table Lamp Base - Amber
An oversized wine jug we spotted at a Sonoma, California winery was the model for this striking lamp. It displays a beautifully mottled texture similar to that of beach glass, and pairs well with a variety of shades. 13" diameter, 24.75" high Crafted of handblown glass. 3-way switch on socket. French wired: cord extends directly from bulb socket. Pair with any of our medium Mix & Match(R) shades (sold separately). Shown with our Tapered Drum Burlap Shade in Natural. UL-listed. Nice, but

The lamp is beautiful, the amber glass is finely crafted and the burlap shade is attractive. The power cord, however, is oddly placed as it runs from the base of the bulb, creating an unwieldy cord as a dominant visual feature that cannot be decoyed as it is in the photo. It should have been better designed to accommodate the cord.
