Very nice and solid.

It is slightly blockish looking in style. Could've been slightly less deep perhaps, but it works perfectly for my bathroom as extra storage.

We searched far and wide for the right look to compliment our bathroom, and this medicine cabinet is it. Also, the extra large size was PERFECT. My only concern is getting the "shadow" of the protective tape off the actual mirror, I've cleaned it with glass cleaner several times, and it only appears when there is steam on the mirror, so it's not exactly a residue...

We recently bought a home that is short on bathroom storage in the master bath. These classic medicine cabinets took care of the storage problem. . . They are well made and substantial - as in it takes two people to hang them! Love the look! GEM

To be honest, I was a little hesitant to purchase this medicine cabinet from Pottery Barn simply because of the price. I've seen other medicine cabinets at the local home improvement stores for much less and I was convinced this one was too much. After talking it over with my wife, she convinced me this was the perfect medicine cabinet. So we bought it.
It arrived in a very well packed box. No broken parts, no damaged wood. All edges of the medicine cabinet were wrapped in styrofoam. It was in perfect condition. Since it was all ready put together, all we had to do was hang it on the wall. The medicine cabinet came with a great wall mount system which made hanging a breeze. The medicine cabinet came with extra knobs that made matching our existing bathroom hardware really easy. That was a nice touch.
All-in-all, the medicine cabinet is extremely well crafted and worth every dime we paid. I'd recommend this medicine cabinet to anyone.

Nice cabinet. Looks nice but spendy. Could not get both magnets to work on door but got an adjustable magnetic catch for the bottom side. Leveled up several times.

Very good quality, bought 2 & I agree with others about more shelves. 2 shelves provided with lots of room to spare for additional shelves which were not provided. Love the white wood. Hired a professional installer who found the hardware provided not sufficient to mount the cabinets. Buy better drywall anchors and screws.

High quality cabinet

I bought the Xlarge wood-stained cabinet. It is quite heavy. I suggest professional installation if you don't have much experience hanging large heavy objects. The instructions were very easy to follow, but my husband and I just had a difficult time getting the cabinet to latch on the wall mount. The quality is superb. I would have liked for this Xlarge cabinet to come with an optional 3rd glass shelve. A little pricey, but well worth it if you want a classy, timeless piece.

This is a very nice cabinet, but...
when i ordered it, it claimed to be an in the wall mount. It is not.
Also it could use some more shelves inside for such a large piece. It only has three , five would be better.
