The size of the plate is large like a dinner plate. Great product! We use them for camping.

I love these simple dishes. They go with every occasion and party we throw outside. I don't have to worry about kids breaking them either. The directions say top rack dishwasher only but they are too big for the top, so I put them on the bottom and turn off the heated drying setting on my dw, and they are fine.

Just what I wanted...perfect for all our outdoor entertaining (of course, they will also work indoors!)...can't go wrong with white...add any color linens, etc to set the mood for any occassion. So glad that I purchased two sets!

I bought 24 of these plates for entertaining outdoors. We have high winds here, and I was looking for substantially weighted plates that wouldn't blow away and would stand up to use by a family of boys. They are perfect. We use them almost daily for outdoor dining and they have not cracked or broken tho they've been dropped on concrete and travertine. Classic styling and neutral color makes them work for many events. (I usually add a colored salad plate suitable for holidays or special events). They are large, but fit into my dishwasher and don't seem to suffer damage from machine dishwashing.

very nice melamine plates

I love the look of these plates. At a glance they do not look like melamine - they look beautiful on my outdoor table linens, could be mistaken for china. I have not washed them yet so do not know how they hold up, but at this point I wish I had acted more quickly and gotten the salad plates as well. Unfortunately they were out of stock. Hopefully, PB will bring them back.

Very happy with my purchase. Plates are ample, a hard to find size (11") and sturdy. White color goes with everything and is useful when mixing with patterned plates of similar texture.

Looked at these in the store on several visits and wanted to wait until they went on sale to buy......and what a terriffic buy when they did....we use them all the time now because the kids were chipping my good dinner plates and these are really great quality plates, with no worries about breaking them!!!

Great Dinnerware Set

Just bought these today with the salad plates and I love how nice and sturdy they feel...thick enough and very light. I have the complete Sausalito set but after a while, washing heavier plates and bowls can be tireing. I still love the Sausalito collection (no doubt) but I'll definitely use these Melamine plates for backyard bbq with friends and family. Definitely, these melamine plates are perfect for everyday use!

I bought these plates last year and just purchased another set. Great for outdoor entertaining and for my little kids. These are so perfect that I threw away all the old miss matched "kid plates" and feel like I have my non-cluttered kitchen back again!
