Fabric is a problem

We ordered this chair in the grey twill. It was beautiful. I chose the fabric because I thought it would be kid friendly. Unfortunately a lemon drink was spilled on the arm this weekend and left a pink bleached stain. We used water to blot the spill. I am very dissatisfied with the fabric performance. Customer service has suggested that I continue to blot the "stain." it is not discolored from a colored liquid. This fabric is not colorfast, and I would not recommend the grey twill for any of the pb furniture lines.

The worst lumpy chair

Michael is trying to help me return these two chairs.This chair is actually comfortable although it wrinkles easily and you can see the attachment points where the staples protrude holding the fabric to the frame. The workmanship is is not of the quality I would expect from PB in time for the holidays and now I have to start over.
I bought an entire house of furniture online for a beach house and couldn't have been happier. On these you can see all of the staples where they attach the fabric to the frame, and not in a straight line either. Not the quality I'm used to seeing from PB. I'm waiting for them to come and pick them up for return. No replacement but return! Unless you pick a really heavy fabric and I don't even know if that would help!
If you're looking for quality and to make your room lovely this isn't the chair for you.
