The glazed stoneware with visible natural undertones and rubbed edges is handcrafted in Portugal with an artisan-made look and feel. Love our new dishes!

The dishes are beautiful. Recently, extended family moved closer to us. We have enjoyed several big family dinners with the new settings - mint, persimmon & stone - they are perfect for every day and important family gatherings.

Very pretty color

This dinnerware is darker than a mint color, which I like, it's heavy, sturdy and large. Would recommend this dinnerware.

The dinner plates don't totally fit in my cabinets. I live in a modern condo, so maybe the cabinets are smaller than in a normal house? My cabinet door doesn't quite shut all the way. It's almost shut. I'm keeping the plates b/c it's not so bad that you can really notice that the door isn't shut.
the plates look a little distressed, which doesn't really match my modern decor. They seem more rustic.
They are great quality though.
They sit funny in my dishwasher too. I have to stagger the big plates with the little plates, otherwise the big plates lean on one another and sometimes don't get perfectly clean. They don't stand upright in the rack. It's a bit annoying, but again, I will deal with this.

Color problems

The plates are beautiful, but I ordered two sets of 4, and each set is a very different shades of green. I am trying to decide what to do - return both, or return one and ask for another set and hope for a better match!

Great Dinnerware

This dinnerware is wonderful. It can be used for a casual family dinner or for a dinner party. The only complaint that I have is that the dinner plates do NOT fit in my dishwasher. I would be sure to check the measurements prior to purchasing. I don't mind washing them the old-fashioned way. The appetizer plates are a good size so we end up utilizing them as smaller dinner plates due to the fact that they fit in the dishwasher. Overall a great set.

Beautiful dinnerware

I love the color and shape of the dinnerware but the pieces seem a little fragile. I haven't broken any but I have been careful. Note that I've only had them for a short time and I have no thoughts of returning them.
