Install issues
December 24, 2012
Sturdy bed frame, but cant be installed according to the directions. Only 2of the 3 holes for bolting onto the headboard match up enough to use. I was disappointed especially when it's sold as works with PB headboards.

Does not fit PB headboard
March 15, 2012
VERY disappointed in the "required" frame to fit PB headboards, and having to manipulate it to even come close to being secure. Why is it sold to fit ALL PB headboards while we would have been far better off using the normal frame we had already purchased?

Bed Frame is poor, Customer Service is Excellent
November 26, 2011
Surprised by poor quality of bed frame. Not Pottery Barn like.
Special bolts supplied for Pottery Barn head board did not fit thru the slots in the bed frame bracket. Bed frame bracket was poorly machined. Slots in bed frame bracket did not align with the holes on the mounting plate of the head board. Frustrating to assemble, and ultimately was unable to attach the bed frame to the Pottery Barn head board myself.
POTTERY BARN'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT!! They listened to our problem. Sent a Pottery Barn service team to attach bed frame to head board. Service team completed the job to my satisfaction.
Would not recommend this bed frame. If it is purchased be certain to make arrangements for Pottery Barn service team to install.

Box-Spring Bed Frame
September 26, 2011
Color was scraped off one of the legs of the frame. Very hard to put together because one pin on one side did not line up with hole.

Perfect Set-Up
April 5, 2011
The box-spring bed frame attaches to the Raleigh upholstered bed. Both the bed and the frame arrived in perfect order and were set up thoroughly and quickly. I particularly like the ease in which I can move my bed as the frame glides across my hardwood floors and does not scratch them.

Sturdy, but very rough edges. One crossbar had holes drilled at different measurements from the other, making it slightly uneven in width.
