Glass Bird Canisters
Hand blown from glass and topped with delicately molded songbirds, these canisters are a whimsical way to display soaps and cotton puffs or decorative vase fillers. Small: 5.25" diameter, 11" high Medium: 5.25" diameter, 14" high Large: 5.25" diameter, 17.5" high Crafted of handblown glass. Each lid features hand-crafted glass birds. Canisters are food safe. Monogramming is available for an additional charge. Catalog / Internet only.

I put some glass & glittery glass balls in it and put in on my entry way table. With the gold word art behind it and a goldish lamp on the same table, I thought it looked outstanding.

This Glass Bird Canister is a beautiful piece and it looks GREAT in my bathroom! I had my initials engraved on it and it was done with such QUALITY, it just adds to it even more!! Now I have something to store my soap bars in!!!! Thanks Pottery Barn!

Simple and elegant canisters are practical storage containers and beautiful too. I purchased the small and medium size and placed on top of a glass etagere in my bathroom - very pleased!

I ordered all 3 sizes in the glass bird canisters. They are lovely and make such a beautiful subtle statement in my master bathroom. I have added bath salts to them and enjoy them each and everytime I enter my master bathroom. Would recommend them to all for a lovely and nature inspired look. When they catch the light from the window the are especially soft and pretty - and in the candlelight of a bath they are beautiful!

I ordered the smaller canister and I'm glad I did. It is quite tall, but looks very nice on my bathroom shelf. The glass is thin and delicate, but displays Q-tips very well.

These canisters are beautiful and monogrammable. However, it took three times to get one shipped in one piece. PB customer service was fantastic however and I finally received my canisters in one piece and they are the perfect addition to my bathroom!

Until it fell apart

These were beautiful. I received the whole set as a Xmas Gift for Xmas 2010. On Thursday, June 1, 2011 two of the birds came off of the lids. Don't know how they were attached but they came off. Not expecting it to happen, the first lid hit the counterto and smashed into a kazillion pieces. The bird didn't break, I was still holding it !. The 2 bird became unattached when I picked up the lid but I had my hand under the lid, so it didn't break. The 3rd lid is still okay. These were over $180.00+ and I think they should have lasted a little longer then 5 months. If I could replace the two lids I would be fine with that, but it doesn't appear that I can. ANY SUGGESTIONS !!

I bought all three sizes, and I am so thankful for that! I love the varied sizes. They are contemporary enough to blend into the bird trend, but also classic enough to stay 'in style' 5 years from now. Goes well with the glass bird jewelry dish, I bought that too!

I gave myself a Christmas gift of the medium canister because I was afraid it might sell out if I waited until after the holidays to purchase. It is simple, sturdy and sweet! Even my husband commented on how nice it is. Now I just need to decide if I want a small or large one to go with it, although a single one makes a statement of its own.

I bought the small canister and was pleasantly surprised that it was much bigger than anticipated. It is a simple design with a sweet bird sitting on top. Great storage on the bathroom vanity for cotton balls, Qtips, etc. Love this one.
