Very eye-catching in my living room -nice details such as top & bottom moulding, finished corners, extra hinges on doors & slight variance in colors of the parts (like one-of-a-kind pieces). Warm HIGH END Santa Fe look & feel...Substantial in size & heavy! Delivered in one big piece with feet already on-GOOD! I'm using it as a tv cabinet. I got the drawer set and I'm glad I did. It was easy to place it inside, as it's free-standing and I can easily take it out later. I put DVD's in the drawers, although had to stack them flat. I set the tv right on top of the drawer set, and put cable box & blue ray on top shelf. (Adjustable shelves) The doors shut with tiny magnets. Small half-circle cut-outs in back and shelves for cable wires-EXACTLY the right size for all the cables...but if I decide to use it as wardrobe, they'll be small enough to hide! VERY versatile piece.

I absolutely love this armoire. I did not order the drawers set so that I could take full advantage of the length inside. I get to hang my formal dresses and they escape the hotch potch jumble of my regular closet. I love the generous dimensions. I had been looking everywhere for a wide, full length armoire. It is perfect.

Ordered the armoire in the dark mahogany finish to use as an entertainment center. Looks great. Moldings and finish are just as we'd hoped. It's truly lovely in the our living room.
Things to know: Armoire does not have a flat top surface. It has two recessed areas, which can be decent display spaces for tall items. Also, the drawers in the drawer case are shallow. Most dvd cases are 5 1/4 " in width, so you cannot place them spine side up in the drawers. This is a considerable design flaw in a piece of furniture advertised as a media cabinet. We solved this problem by inserting spring-loaded drawer dividers at an angle, so that our dvds to rest at about a 75-degree angle, thus enabling us to see our titles and still allowing the drawers to close. If PB ever redesigns this piece, they should redo the drawer dimensions to better accommodate media.
Even with this flaw, we are very satisfied with this piece and hope to enjoy it for years to come.

It is beautiful, and the color matches the dining table and chairs we also purchased in the pine finish. It is not as bulky looking as the picture suggests.

It is a beautiful solidly constructed piece of furniture. It is exactly what we needed for a coat closet with plenty of room to put in larger things I need to hide! It will be enjoyed for years to come.

We just got our Armoire and love it. The quality is outstanding and the delivery team were great. We placed our piece in our bedroom and it looks terrific. We were able to fit a large flat screen plus lots of items in drawer insert. It's definitely worth the expense. It's timeless.....

I purchased this armoire with the drawer insert to use as a tv cabinet in my bedroom. The drawers provide a lot of good storage. Also comes with 2 shelves. It is heavy and well made, and so much nicer than I expected. The wood is lovely with a hand polished finish. It's not near as rustic as I thought it would turn out and for that I am glad. I bought one of the upholstered headboards at the same time and I love the effect. Be aware that the top is not flat - the top is about to the bottom of the crown. It is easy to work around that if you want to put something on top of it. Reasonably priced for the quality you get.

Despite the photos displayed on the website, you cannot put anything on top of this armoire. The crown molding part is completely hollow. The "distress" marks are also very fake looking. Had I seen this piece on display in a store I would not have purchased it.
