Fantastic home office furniture

This is a very high quality bookshelf that I use to store my family geneology records in. I bought the corner desk unit and the single desk unit for a cohesive well organized home office. It looks beautiful and is very functional.

I love the Bedford Bookcase! This was the 2nd one I purchased. Unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged by the shipper and I requested some stain. Instead, customer service sent me a replacement bookcase! Thank you again. Pottery Barn products and service are great.

I am using this small bookcase in my home office. I also purchased baskets that fit the shelves perfectly for copy paper and other supplies which keep my office very neat and organized. I couldn't be happier with the quality and construction of this piece. I'd recommend this bookcase to anyone looking for a bookcase to fit in a small space like mine, plus it looks great.

Ordered this with the corner desk set and lateral file. The bookcase sits on top of the lateral file cabinet and he whole ensemble looks terrific! Pottery barn has by far the best quality products for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised at how many books fit in these shelving units. We bought 2 and stacked them. They arrived in perfect condition - meticulous packing! Very pleased - would definitely recommend to others.

the shelf is really nice and bigger than I expected nice quality!
was to ship with other cabinets that I ordered to be delivered ....it is VERY heavy so make sure it is delivered if needs to go upstairs ...

Ordered this in the espresso to match my desk set. It is stunning. Only issue was that UPS damaged it in transit, but PB took care of that immediately! Customer service was prompt, caring & amazing! The new bookcase arrived intact about a week later. I love it!

A great bookcase

I bought this bookcase twice. Once for my grandson's nursery and once for my own office. It is reasonably priced and a good quality bookcase for any room.

Perfect Compliment to Bedford Desk

This bookshelf works perfectly with my Bedford desk and hutch. It is the perfect size for my small office section of the bedroom in my NYC apartment. It holds more stuff than I expected and has cut outs in the back so that I can put electronics on the shelves and hide the cords. I am very pleased with this piece!

I have been looking for useful and pretty office furniture for quite a while and came upon the Bedford group. I purchased many of the items in the group, ie corner desk, file cabinets, book shelves, organizer and a very pretty lamp. I love it and am so glad it is all in the antique white! It is a peaceful, lovely office which I truly enjoy working in. Thank you Pottery Barn!

Another great PB addition

I love this bookshelf. Another successful purchase. The color (espresso) was darker than I was expecting but it still looks great with our other PB furniture. I replaced a slightly taller bookshelf with this lower/longer bookshelf and use it as a sofa table behind a loveseat to divide a long, narrow room. It works great. The shelves are shorter than my old bookshelf so if you have books that are taller than 11-12 inches, they might have to be turned on their sides. The quality is great and it arrived very quickly. Be aware it is delivered by UPS, not furniture delivery so it won't be unpacked for you.

This is a very sturdy and strong bookshelf. It's size makes it very versatile and it's finish and styling make it compatible with either traditional or contemporary decor. If the shelf was adjustable it would be perfect.

My New Bookcase

This bookcase is perfect for my particular need. I needed one that is black, with two shelves--large enough to hold all of my cookbooks, which I had to remove from another bookcase that was getting much too full--and also a specific width, to match the print on the wall above it. This one met all of the requirements, and it looks great.

I bought this peice to go along with the Bedford desk I already had. The selves are nice and deep, I have been able to double up on books stored on the bottom shelf. It accomodates medium sized baskets, for hiding our paperback books. Overall this has been a good addition to our Bedford collection.

A Solid Case

We have had our book shelves for several months now. Unlike book cases that we have bought and assembled over the years, these cases are furniture. They are solid, well-crafted, and elegant. These cases will be with us for 'the duration.' We are perfectly satisfied. How often can you say that? The next time we need book cases we will be back to the Pottery Barn and to the Bedford Collection. Delivery to East Texas, too!
